Here’s a honest review from someone who’s usually not a picky person. The service was mediocre can’t complain on that end too much. However, the rooms were quite honestly disgusting. We tried to give this place the benefit of doubt but that didn’t work especially since the rooms were literally infested with roaches. The linens had stains, the towels in the kitchen were obviously used, and there was a full roach sticky trap right beside the fridge. The pool was okay, wasn’t to dirty. It was a good location, the grill and water machine outside were nasty. The room had a very bad smell, the dishes were not washed. Whether or not you use them that shows how much they try to clean this place. If I could give zero stars I would but we did get a refund because we couldn’t even stay one night.

Such a hidden gem I really like this spot it's right across the street from the beach and tucked away so it's not crowded or at least wasn't when we were there on memorial day weekend. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time too which was really nice the room was also cute I had a little kitchenette and was pretty spacious the only thing was the mattress and pillows were really tough and thin and hard to sleep on otherwise it was a perfect vacation stay!!

Stayed here with my son for 7 nights, amazing experience. The room was large and both beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean and the service was excellent. ||The location is perfect as well, close to many golf courses and right across from a beautiful beach. Will be staying here every time I come back to Miami.

Cheap hotel and unfortunately it lived up to the pricing. Positives were location close to beach and price, which have drawn me to the hotel in years past. However the maintenance of the property seems to have gone down over the past couple years. Negatives include a very slippery shower tub, making it unsafe for a senior to shower, sheet covering the old and apparently dirty sofa, and slat blinds held in place by tape, discoverable when closing the blinds and having a couple slats fall out. With great effort was able to get the slats back in place, removing some of the tape and reapplying it. Doubt I will be returning

One of the worst experience I had with a hotel in my life. I booked here last minute, with a dog. The booking was confirmed after 8:00 PM and when I got there, not one staff member was on site. I called and texted the number provided on the door for "after hours service." It took Elaine days to get back with me. She then advised me that the office closes at 7:00 PM. It didn't state it no where on their website or third party websites. I am very disappointed with this hole in the wall. This place is mainly for long-term tenants, who resides in weekly rooms. Far from the glamor you may think it has being located in Boca Raton.

Jump back in time to this oceanside hideaway. The pool is heated, you will enjoy the BBQ and pavilion and you can get by fine with the very simple kitchen.|The walk to the ocean is short and the beach is beautiful. The rooms are dated, but comfortable and clean.

This place is misleading. It’s in a nice part of town but it the worst place to stay in my opinion. Room 204. I couldn’t even be in the room for one hour, I had to cancel immediately. when I was leaving the front desk told me they would charge me for one night even though I had canceled already because of the low quality standards. I had booked for six nights, and one night there would be terrible and unbearable. The bed made a lot of noise. The room had a smell as soon as I walked in. I just didn’t feel comfortable trying to stay there. Bed sheet covering the couch. The Internet didn’t work, shower was spraying in all directions and was broken. it was nothing worth the price just because it’s in a nice area. There’s no hot water. there’s a broken tile, there’s a weird odor. I believe there’s some mold or water damage or something wrong because there was stains in the baseboard and weird color all over the tile. They seriously need to renovate. All of the other hotels nearby seem nice except for this one.

Positive: Quiet Good location Clean Negative: No peep hole in the door and no second lock on door (both items important for female travelers traveling alone). The window blinds did not fit properly creating a gap between two sets that had to be covered with a towel. Negative: ""
