Ocean Forest Plaza - Condominium complex in Myrtle Beach - 5523 N Ocean Blvd, USA

This place was perfect. No front desk. And security is on top of things, which is a good thing. Indoor pool was perfect. Our room was just as described. Very spacious for a romantic get away. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Had plenty of kitchen stuff. The view from the balcony was perfect. And the beach is a very short walk from your stay. The check in process was easy. And the key pad to the door gave us no problems. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

This was a quick get awy trip to just relaxh for me, my husband my son and his wife. The hotel would have gotten a higher rating if my son had not discovered red bite marks all over his shoulders, arms and 2 places on hid head (he keeps it shaved because he does not like the way it grows). We had a 2 bedroom condo on the 23rd floor and the veiw of the ocean and surroundngs was spectacular. The condo was 2 story with the bed rooms upstairs. The steps up were somewhat steep. Upstairs was beautiful with a full bath off of each bedroom, very nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. The downstairs furniture, however, was terrible. their were r sofas that I was uncomfortable even sitting on. One had some steffng or something sticking out of it (I woudn't sit on that one. the coffee table was all scratched up and the dining table was not too inviting either. Don't get me wro, even the downstairs was imaculately clean. The flooors were covered in fairly new looking planking looking vynyl and the walls were vry well krpted with no chips or stains. I realize that it is very difficult to maintain furniture or anything that is being rented by so many people and some that don't always value their furniture or surroundings and certainly don't if it is not theirs. I rented out my house once while I was away at school and I learned the hard way not to o that again.|The bites on my son were found the day we were leaving there and he had fallen asleep on the rattier sofa that night. He and his wife were in the back bedroom and she had no bites so I assume that sofa was the infested culprit. I did notify Hosteeva, who manages the condo and they sent a nice apology. They also stated that the condo was rented after we checked out and there have been no reports of bug bites. I am just reporting our experience. Upstairs and downstairs wer like 2 different places. If there was more acceptable (clean nd untorn) furniture downstairs and my son had not been bitten I would give this hotel top scores.

Unit 2203 Penthouse. This unit is amazing. BEAUTIFUL! No need to pack sheets, towels, or beach chairs because they provide it all! The beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the views were exactly what was needed during a few days away. If you are looking for a place to stay, this is it! I was actually given the owners number prior to our stay, and they could not have been more helpful. The beach wasn’t nearly as crowded as other sections. It was great! We loved it and will be going back!

I have been coming here since 2015. Beach is across the street. Good fishing. Building has an indoor pool, outdoor pool. Laundry on site. ATM in the lobby. Big parking garage. Rentals we have stayed in have all been excellent. It can help if you find the right owners who care about your experience. Room 1803 Marcia & Joe. They have been great to rent from. For a week or just a couple days. Fair price and excellent living spaces. Renting from owners who are genuinely are good people and take care of their units. Priceless

The room was decent, except the huge crack going up the wall at the door trim. After arriving we see on the confirmation email that instead of an 11:00am check out that we initially were told, we have to be out and all of the housekeepers job done for them before 10:00am or they would charge an extra 500$. This includes dishes washed in the dishwasher, trash taken out, towels washed, etc. Last night, our party came back from dinner in a fantastic thunderstorm. The parking garage was completely full, so we ended up having to park in the oversized parking lot right beside the garage and ran inside. Early this morning, my fiance and daughter and I go to get coffee from a coffee shop, because you definitely aren't going to be supplied with anything but garbage coffee in those little packages like you find in roach motels, we discover not just his car, buy my mother's and sister in law's cars ((that were only in this overflow lot because there was not one single space in the parking garage)), had been towed by 7:30am. So, expect to find zero parking, and if you dare use the parking that IS actually available, you will be towed bright and early in the morning with no chance to move it before it's gone. But no worries, they've got a taxi service available at the hotel, with vehicles taking up parking spots, mind you, that can take you to the tow place to get your car for the low price of 185$ per vehicle. Currently sitting with my father and two young kids in the lobby, stranded, til the rest of our party makes it back from the tow place so we can attempt to celebrate my 4 year old's birthday, which is today. Gotta love Myrtle Beach. 🙄

The condos are nice. The air bnb hosts are the only problem here. Beach front on the good side of Myrtle beach and if you're afraid to swim in the ocean you can swim in the pools

Great place to Stay location and view wise Parking is a joke "Oversized" parking area is awfully small Some nights you will come back and there's no spots...... Security doesn't answer their calls.... Paid for parking and can't even get 1 spot . Had to park along the 1 way on the north side of the building.....got a 30 dollar ticket!

Great location, and the room we had was as well. Loved the balcony and proximity to the ocean. Condos aren't very large but they work well for couples.
