This hotel has great proximity to the beach. But the hotel needs some work to be more accommodating. First the $10 per night parking fee is ridiculous! Also all these old people show up at the crack of dawn to play pickle ball and take up all the parking spots. Wonder if they have to pay🤔. Another thing is that the front desk could be a little more friendly. I will most likely return to the area but probably won’t stay here! I also see the owner responding to people who leave a review with the same generic answer which is insulting because he/she really couldn’t care less to make improvements. We did not get clean towels during our trip and they didn’t serve breakfast on the weekends. I would not recommend staying here! Pay the extra money and stay somewhere comfortable and more accommodating. The safety latch on the door wasn’t working and nonexistent! Safety is crucial when you are traveling. My daughter was sneezing due to a dirty air filter.

Positive: Half a block from the beach, your parking permit is good for two vehicles so the friends we were visiting could park there too. Also fantastic big pool that we played in. Breakfast was good and had something for everyone. Pizza place is phenomenal!! Negative: Its a bit dated but the rooms are kept clean and the price for the area is realy affordable

We were looking for an inexpensive getaway and this hotel worked for that. We didn’t pay the hotel fee but also didn’t use any amenities. It was easy walking to the beach! Staff were friendly, rooms need some updating but ours was clean and comfortable. Pillows were lumpy, that’s the only complaint.

The location is outstanding, but I want to be completely honest without sugarcoating anything, unlike some reviews I've seen. Initially, the staff at check-in seemed unwelcoming, but she warmed up as she processed our check-in, which made the experience slightly more pleasant. The same improvement was noticed during check-out when she became more responsive after a brief chat. However, the building itself is in poor condition, with visible rebar due to corroded concrete, which is quite alarming. Some guests had mentioned a $10 parking fee concern in their reviews, but unexpectedly, it was waived for us, which was a positive surprise. There was an unusual odor in the room, possibly from being near the beach, but it dissipated once we turned on the AC. The floors were dirty/grimy, and there were signs of mold and mildew in the bathroom. The mini-fridge also had a bad smell. During housekeeping, they removed used towels and trash but forgot to provide fresh towels, washcloths, and toilet paper. The most disappointing aspect was the bed. Despite having a King-size bed, it felt as uncomfortable as sleeping on solid concrete, with noticeable springs throughout. Our backs were in pain after just two nights, prompting us to leave eagerly. If we had stayed another night, I would have accepted the non-refundable part of my agreement and booked a different hotel; it was that uncomfortable. In our view, the hotel should be demolished and reconstructed. We will not be rebooking at this location again.

The location is great and we were allowed to check in early, which is why I gave it two stars. When we came into the room, the floor was covered with a dusting of sand. But the room looked okay for the most part. We left and went to the beach and when we returned, the room smelled VERY strongly of marijuana. It didn’t take long to realize the smell was coming from the bathroom vent. Every time the neighbor (maybe to the back) lit the joint or even cigarette, the smell and smoke permeated into our room. We brought some snacks and sandwich fixings as to not spend so much money. But when I woke up the next morning, there were a couple of roaches 🪳 on the table. The site where I booked from indicated a full hot buffet breakfast. I don’t consider cereal, bagels, yogurt, and a waffle iron to be a full hot buffet breakfast. At best, that is a continental breakfast. The $10 parking per day was a little agitating as well, especially since the parking lot was half empty and people not associated with the hotel can park at the pizza place and tennis courts for free. I paid an additional &34 per day to cover amenities and other things. One would think that should also cover parking and a better breakfast. Also, our room accommodated four people. Yet there were only two towels. The housecleaning crew spoke no English so it took a while to explain I needed more than two towels. Once they understood, they still refused to leave more than two towels. I thought perhaps I could keep the used towels and get two more for the other occupants. But the crew refused to leave the two towels until I handed over the used towels…like I really wanted to keep the scratchy white towels. I really wish I had the financial backing to buy this place. It could be great.

We spent the night twice. They have several different things to offer. A huge pool, spa, tennis court, bikes and other amenities. Not mentioning being walking distance to the beach. So, we decided to go back. We didn't have any problems the first time. But, we had to wait an hour late to get our room. Although, they did erase the parking fee. The spa wasn't working the 2nd time and one washer was out of service. They do have a decent breakfast in the morning.

I thought this place might be sketchy from the photos. Lol. I got here and it was real Nice from the price. Walking distance to the beach. Clean rooms. Always pull the covers back when you walk into the rooms before you unpack to check for cleanliness. 😉 Breakfast was good. Don’t expect any breakfast meat. More of a little healthy breakfast. Great place I’d stay here again.

Great hotel super close to the beach. Room was just what we needed--great air conditioner and hot water with a fridge. Hotel breakfast included waffles, cereal, yogurt, frozen breakfast burritos, bagels and fruit. They have bikes and wagons you can borrow and a huge pool as well. We were very happy and the staff was helpful. Only downside was that the room was never cleaned while we were there, so after 3 days a lot of sand was on the floor.

The location and service at this hotel are great, but the pictures must have been taken awhile ago, and the rooms need updating. Our room smelled of mildew from the moment we got there. I know this happens close to the ocean but this is why maintenan
