It pains me to write this review, Oceana has been our families go to beach getaway for over two decades. I wanted to do something special for my moms 80th birthday. What better that to take her to our home away from home? I went on the website, chose my two nights, even selected an ocean front condo on the 5th floor. Was given a total cost for two nights plus all taxes. Entered my card info and agreed to the terms, then an error message popped up saying my stay didn't meet minimum requirements! This is the first anything was stated about min stay. Says nothing on the website, nothing on the reservation page, I was allowed me to book and select 2 nights. I reached out to the property management company. Brittany was very sweet and understanding of my frustration. She gave her manager email, Stefanie, and suggested I reach out to her. I did. Stefanie responded and said they were going to upgrade their website and she would put this "on the list." She stated she would not honor my request for a two night stay. BUT I could wait until a couple days before and maybe she could then. I was very surprised of the lack of good business and customer service. I guess this is what happens when a third party company takes over. They don't care about keeping and gaining customers. Gone are the years of calling the front desk and speaking to the same gentleman that we have seen behind the counter for years, who knows your favorite condo. Needless to say, we will be staying next door, they were happy to accommodate our two nights. Our family vacations at Oceana are over.
My family owns most of the complex (time shares) for the same week every year. I'm actually thinking about trying to buy one of the last one available do we can have the whole place to ourselves
Great location right on the beach, decent condo layout with a full kitchen.
I had a wonderful time staying here! The view was fantastic and there was even free WiFi. All of the of the units were clean and updated too.

Needs new mattress' and rugs in the bathroom bedrooms and living rooms. Very clean and minimal living.

Keith was a phenomenal instructor. Had awesome communication throughout and was super accommodating with my schedule. I had a trip coming up that I wanted to go diving on and he helped me get certified in time for it. His teaching was very thorough.
So delicious! The beignets were pillowy pockets, hot, fresh and covered in powdered sugar. The waffles were fluffy and great flavor. Everyone enjoyed their meal and itâs a great local atmosphere!
