Ocean Athletics - Gym in Neptune City - 64 Steiner Ave, USA

One of our athletes from here in Albemarle NC recently visited and so enjoyed her experience! It can sometimes be so intimidating to step foot into a gym that you're unfamiliar with. From one affiliate owner to another, thank you guys for being so welcoming and kind! Keep up the great work :)

Best gym I've ever been a part of! The coaches and other members make this more than just a gym, its a community where everyone just wants you to succeed. Even dealing with all the craziness this year, the owner and coaches were more than helpful and supportive. I couldnt recommend this gym enough!

We've been members here for a year and have nothing but incredible things to say! All of the coaches are awesome and excellent at what they do in addition to being really supportive and fostering a fun and inviting environment. Definitely worth a drop in if you're in the area and/or looking for a new gym.

No matter what your age, gender, or fitness level, Ocean CrossFit is a great place to join for improved fitness. The gym has a flexible schedule, along with great facility and location. You will feel challenged, but not intimidated. They have programs for all skill and fitness levels. The coaches and members are very nice and welcoming. I would definately recommend getting off the couch and giving them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

This is THE BEST gym I have ever been to. Ryan (the owner) and the coaches really take their time to ensure you succeed at every class. The location is super clean and the equipment is top notch. Cannot recommend more!

I never did CrossFit before so I was really nervous to start. The coaches are awesome and scale down each workout based on your ability and what you're comfortable with. The other members are all really nice and help you through the workout by offering their own advice and tips because they were all beginners at one point. It really is an awesome community and once you start going you won't be able to stop talking about it!

Ryan and our coaches at Ocean Cross Fit are what makes these workouts for me. I hate the gym, but I LOVE doing Cross Fit with this team. The staff and other Cross Fit members are welcoming and friendly and made it very easy to join. They were not intimidating at all and I am glad I started 4 months ago, I can see a definite change in my body already. Thank you Ocean Cross Fit!
