I only had my HP laptop for 2 years but it was stuck in "preparing automatic repair" mode. Very frustrating. Took it to Mike who diagnosed the problem to be a bad hard drive. He thoroughly explained the problem to me and my options. He fixed the laptop quickly for a reasonable price. Service was quick, friendly and competent! Great place!

Although I didn’t have any of the repairs done to my water damaged mac, Mike went above and beyond searching out the best deal for parts and a rebuild and gave me lots of options at different price points, while keeping me in the loop for what was going on. Love this place! They really tried hard to save my hard drive and spent over a week trying everyday. They ended up saving an unheard of 81% and didn't even charge me extra for the extra time spent. Really good people!!
