It's closer to the Sports bar and there's a lot of traditional Irish food on the menu, but there's too much oil left in the fried food, so it feels greasy. The beer tasted good and the atmosphere was good for Guinness. and it has the advantage of walking around the city center after a meal and sightseeing. You can accompany your dog to the outdoor table 4 or 5 seats, you can watch sports games through many television monitors, there is a pool table as well ,,

Friendly staff and a nice casual environment. Family friendly. Bone-in wings were big, crispy, and sauced well. The Original and the Parmesan garlic were two very good sauce options. Nachos were pretty good. The tortilla chips were light and crunchy. Good guacamole too. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would come back. Recommended

***THE GARLIC FRIES ARE A MUST TRY*** Our server Julie recommended the garlic fries, and they did not disappoint. I was overly pleased with their soft interior yet crispy exterior. They were perfectly seasoned with garlic parmesan flakes, and paired perfectly with my Bone-In Buffalo wings and my husband's Blue Manchu Burger. I cannot thank Julie enough for the recommendation, as it was the talk of the entire evening. We will definitely return to try more items, and highly recommend this joint for anyone in search of a flavorful meal.

I had their Reuben sandwich and enjoyed it quite a bit. My wife had their special of the day Bacon sandwich and wasn't impressed. The main reason for the below average rating, though, was the wait staff. No silverware or napkins, drink orders forgotten about, the list goes on. There are too many other good choices nearby to warrant a return visit.

I love O Blarneys. Both Centralia and Lacey locations are consistent in thier service. The Centralia location I visited and received quick friendly service l. I ordered a BLT with Fries and it was delicious. As always I got an order of Beer Buddies! The best ever! I try and eat here at least a few times a year! Highly recommend!

We normally really like both locations of this establishment. It is one of the only places I can get beer battered deep fried shrimp (not the basic breaded ones that you can usually get at the grocery store). *short version- -no soda bread -wrong battering description on shrimp- the reason we came -offered a different meal and took the shrimp away vs just leaving on table since we touched it -gave us battered chicken not chicken fried steak and gravy was brown. -i was not offered any discount or comping.. I had to ask for it and even then it was disappointing The good: -clam chowder good plenty of clams -good veggies fresh or frozen not old or canned -got extra gravy since shep pie is usually dry -WONDERFUL waitress. Very friendly We ordered the chicken fried steak and I got my ale battered shrimp. I was able to substitute my fries for the clam chowder soup and upgrade to a bowl for only $2- The disappointment came when I got the shrimp. They were the basic butterfly breaded shrimp you see at the grocery store. Which are much easier to make and overall get ahold of vs hand dipped in battered and freshly cooked. Husband's "chicken fried steak" ( which actually ended up being chicken instead!) came with brown gravy and not white which is customary. and no soda bread.. they were "out". even though it is noticeably more expensive and part of the experience. I explained my surprise and disappointment and was sure I wasn't thinking of it wrong. The waitress thought thats how the shrimp always were but went back to ask the chef and he confirmed they changed the "recipe" 2 weeks prior. This was not mentioned nor listed on the menu as a change. She asked if I wanted something else and it seemed like she would leave the plate of shrimp there "since we had touched it and we could munch on it while waiting for my new meal of Shepherds pie". She eventually came back over briefly and told me I would still have to pay for it though if I ate any. otherwise they could take it and toss it. which is sad and a food waste. I believe she had maybe mentioned it to the manager or owner and they were the ones that said the food should be removed and not comped/vs just letting us have it as an apology. I could be mistaken though. Okay.. I understand. I then looked at my husbands mostly eaten "steak" and realized they had served hi. breaded chicken. not fried steak. He thought he might have ordered wrong so he stayed quiet. they don't even have chicken fried chicken on the menu. I have no idea where the battered chicken slab came from. I asked the waitress and she had it taken back to the chef. Manager came over and confirmed it was indeed chicken and "the wrong product was grabbed and cooked". So that means most of their food is just frozen mass produced. I was still confused because there was no product of that type. The manager says. "well did you like your food?" as if trying to excuse what they did. chicken is cheaper and easier to cook than chicken fried steak. I pointed that out and I was not offered any comp or discount just a different meal. by that point we were ready to go and my own shepherds pie had come in late enough my husband was done eating. I declined and asked for a discount. which I was only offered 25% off. Her unwillingness and vibe to not fix the issue was unfortunate. The clam chowder was quite good and lots of clams. Veggies seemed fresh or at least frozen. not canned. the gravy was decent and they supplied extra to me since the shepherds pie is usually pretty dry. I will not be coming back to either location due to the high disappointment we had today.

Been to this establishment several times over the past few months. Their blue burger is the best Bleu cheese burger I've ever eaten. My compliments to the cooks. One server by the name of Chloe was very customer friendly, refilling drinks within a reasonable time frame and checking on us often to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend O' Blarneys to my friends.

O'Blarneys is one of the very few places as a widow I feel comfortable going in and being alone. I love they have tables for 2 so I am not sitting alone at a huge empty table. Watching the traffic go by or people on the streets from the large windows is nice. All the servers are great.
