Trying to do the right thing and quarantine at home right now because I’m very sick. I really wanted a chocolate peanut butter shake so I paid the ridiculous price of $18 to DD it to me. They sent me a plain old vanilla shake! Contacted DD and they said restaurant offered a $3 refund. I’m sorry but to send a completely wrong shake when it was the only item ordered is ridiculous. Obviously they can care less about customer service and satisfaction.
I love the smell of dairy as soon as you enter the store. A relaxing environment to enjoy ice cream.
We love oberweis and have been coming here for years but we’ve never had the service like we’ve been getting. My orders have been wrong, they take forever to get your order. I was the ONLY person inside the store one day and waited 20 min for 2 things because they were joking around and not doing what they should of. I gave them the benefit of the doubt with short staff and I came back tonight and the same thing.. my order was wrong, and I waited 20 minutes in the drive through with only 3 cars in front of me. A little ridiculous if you ask me.
Well even though this place has best ice cream around I will never go again as they got rid of best ice cream they had with chocolate smores. The vanilla one does not even taste like smores but chocolate one did. I am moving to Pennsylvania soon anyways. However I am boycotting oberweis from here on out till I leave because they got rid of best ice cream flavor they ever had.
$20 for two mint shakes that were half whipped cream and 1 scoop of ice cream that was super small (Hate to see how small the kid’s size is, a spoonful?!). Will not be going back to this location again. What a rip off.
Nice place to take kiddos . They have variety of flavors , employees were sweet and friendly. Prices are ok
I always get the milk and juice and return the bottle very well in service and workers are always uplifting, happy, joyful and atmosphere is bright and clean! 😁
Been going there for years. The ice cream is very good, no product complaints. A bit expensive but worth it!!!!

A great place to bird watch, even if the Rookery is closed March-August and best of all, it is all paved (unless you go off-trail)! You're still able to walk to the viewing path during special events outside of nesting season. This is not an asphalt
One of the best FLGS I've been to. It's way bigger on the inside, has rooms for gamers to rent, and their gently used games clearance is the best. Found many an OOP game on my wishlist here. Always super friendly and helpful
