Are at the IHOP on Aurora fast friendly service the food is always good and the service is top. Our waitress serves a dozen or more when we come in. She is outstanding.
IHOP is very nice to Uber eats drivers and great service and variety of food to choose from.
Seems to be past its prime. HT Market was a big Asian grocery store, now gone. There used to be a busy Starbucks, now a different coffee shop. The cinema there has the most comfortable seats ever! IHOP is still going strong. It's certainly not the best value for your breakfast dollar, but the food is good. There are a couple of Asian restaurants, but we haven't visited either for years.
IHop here is run by gregarious and memorable personnel who honestly take joy in seeing us repeat patrons. Quintessential breakfast fare and all the coffe you can drink.
After a day of pampering, from Harborview Medical Center Hospital exam table, with the exquisite Dr. Lund, the Animalkids and I enjoy the local village...we treat ourselves well!!!
The large grocery store is gone and the Stabucks has been replaced with another coffee shop, which hopefully will not be over run with transients shooting-up in the restroom. Other store fronts are emptying the complex but not the popular dentist office, IHOP and a Chinese restaurant still there.

Oak Tree Village is an outdoor strip mall with about a dozen businesses, including restaurants, a grocery store, movie theater and more. Getting in here is a bit difficult and there's a big bump in one of the entrances that some people bottom out their cars on, so be careful. There's tons of parking here which is nice. Right off Aurora so it's nice to get in and out quickly.
