Oak Ridge Inn - Motel in Kissimmee - 4131 W Vine St, USA

I would have to say that Oak Ridge is the so called "middle pot of porridge". I couldn't find anything wrong with my stay. It's certainly an upgrade from the other budget motels in the adjacent area. $75 flat rate for a night. Not too bad in a pinch.

Cheap rates. I paid $60 even for a king size room, and it was worth it, compared to the four or five other motels on this block. Much cleaner, everything worked, comfy bed, and safe and well lit. Ice machine and vending machines work, cheap laundry on site, nice sized clean pool. April, the front desk clerk was so nice and helpful. She allowed us to check in early and just had a great attitude and personality! Great option for weekly stays as well!

My experience at this place was unsatisfactory. The Beds are very very used, old, by law need to be changed. The pillows were disgusting and very well worn out, need to be tossed to the trash effectively. There are only 8 local channels. No cable TV. No HBO. The bathtub had cigarette burns, old rusty shower head and the toilet didn't flush very well. The Front desk clerk seemed more like a drug connection than a clerk. Did not provide extra towels. The towels were small, used, worn out towels and they only allowed 2 to use. No floor towels. No hand towels. Just one towel and one wash cloth. Cheap cheap cheap Haitians running this place. Disgusted. I DO NOT SUGGEST NOR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY AT THIS PLACE!!! Not even for one night!! Totally grossed out.

Oak ridge inn is a hidden gem. The staff is amazing the rooms are clean and they are always very accommodating. There is an extremely nice man that works over night almost every night and he is always smiling and happy and SUPER helpful!!!!!

If I could rate a 0 star I would. It is dirty everything around looks like it is breaking apart. They looked like they didnt know how to groom themselves. They had a horrible tone with my sister and I. They spoke negatively to us and also did not allow us to stay and gave us a refund because we spoke spanish and they thought we were threatening them. I do not recommend staying here.

Costed $60 for a night the check in was swift with no deposit just needed and ID and the cash I got a nice room on the first floor everything was up to my standards but in the bathroom they had patches where spackle was applied and not painted over. Other than that everything was great!

Major disappointment!!! Never been to a more filthy motel in my life, this was last minute situation and me and my girlfriend gave it a shot, when they showed us a room, it was the show room. Once we got our room, loaded up our bags, there was a awful smell of smoke in a non-smoking room, the fire alarm didnt have batteries, toilet leaking and marijuana threw the whole motel, ciggerates stains on the bed, toilet, bath tube, knife cuts(drug activity most likely) and many people hanging out outside in the corner watching us while we walked in Decided to pack up and go back to the office, lady never gave me my refund and said to change rooms. Never got my money back and left that disgusting bates motel looking place. DO NOT STAY, WARNED

I lived there for a year it was a nightmare! Roaches everywhere, the rooms are in bad condition, the the people who work there are just awful people! Im glad I was able to get out there as soon as possible!
