Horrible business and management!!! They broke the rules and regulations within their own guidelines. Very unprofessional! No privacy, no working utilities, and of course… non refundable. The nerve of these owners! They should be shut down!

If you wanna pay full price for a roach infested room and never receive housekeeping while everyone else does. Do you want to work for $3 an hour for people you are paying for services you don't receive. Then this is the place for you. But if you are a self respecting tax paying citizen go stay else where.

How you going to work at a 3 star motel and turn people down needing a place to stay with Cherokee nation hotel vouchers!? It's not even long term, just only a few nights, but told no after taking their payment of voucher money and issues them a room key that DOES NOT WORK!! And has their nerve to stand out to watch them struggling to open the door and then told no could not stay because THEY HAVE TO MANY STUFF!! And said, and I quote, "THIS IS NOT A STORAGE, ITS A HOTEL" REALLY??!! OAK PARK MOTEL it takes a lot to get me upset, just saying!! They need prayers....

They treat people with Cherokee nation vouchers as trash and put them in bug infested trash rooms. Do not give nation money to these stuck up slum lords. At this point it's their only clients. Starve them of this last source of money for treating our people like garbage and let it go bankrupt. Hookers walk the parking lot by the way.

I don’t leave reviews. It’s usually a waste of time and a bad review is often just from someone having a bad day. However, trust everything you read in the reviews of this place. I flew into the municipal airport with my own plane and had a hard time getting a ride. The entire town was booked and no vacancies in ALL other hotels and bed and breakfast places. The owner/manager has the personality of a bent paper clip. The room was stifling hot when I got in. Dead bugs and flies on most flat surfaces. I laid down on the bed with my clothes on and didn’t turn back the covers. I woke up and happened to see a bedbug racing across the lipstick stained pillow. I caught the booger and flushed him and 3 others down the toilet that actually worked although the tv, refrigerator, and microwave did not. Hair and stains in the bathroom…. It’s just easier to say what was ok than what was not. Nothing was. I’ve seen nicer puppy mill facilities. And to the owner… your personal standards are no higher than the people you cater to. Nuff said🤐 Photo is from the day after. The owner should be criminally charged!

They were very rude. They refused my ESA dog. The lamps had no light bulbs, the chair was a safety hazard, the sink wouldn't drain and the sheets were stained. When we told him our key didn't work, he took it and told us not to go anywhere... I do not recommend!

This place has gone downhill!!! I remember back in the day the rooms were a little more intact...the sheets were good and fresh and not sewn together. Anyways hope you guys upgrade some things ...but I'd still stay here

There was many cockroaches everywhere on the walls on the bed it was just disgusting.The walls in shower kept pushing in and i didn’t even want to wash my hands wit the water from the sink of how dirty it was .
