Couldn’t love this place any more than I already do. It is the *perfect* health and fitness addition to oak island. It feels personal, inclusive, and inviting and also has a wide variety of equipment. Met David and Chris in my visits to the gym and they’re both absolutely awesome. I look forward to visiting every time I’m in oak island now. Having this on the island now has been a life saver for my fitness routine when I’m here. :-)

Year-End Review for Oak Island Fitness 2023 has been a transformative year at Oak Island Fitness, thanks in large part to the exceptional team of trainers. My personal journey, guided by my personal trainer Chris, has been nothing short of remarkable. Chris’s expertise and motivational approach have been pivotal in achieving my fitness goals. His tailored programs and consistent support have led to significant improvements in my strength, stamina, and overall health. Beyond my personal sessions, the presence of other trainers like Alex and David has added immense value to my fitness regime. Their willingness to offer help and advice even when I am working out on my own is commendable. This supportive environment has not only enhanced my workouts but also deepened my understanding of fitness and wellness.

I was in town for vacation this week and needed a gym to train at. Oak Island Fitness had everything I needed and more! The staff and others were friendly and accommodating. I was very impressed with the amount of equipment in this awesome little space; from free weights, barbells, squat racks, machines, treadmills, stair masters, and more!!! I’ll definitely visit again when I’m back in town🤟🏼 Thank you again OIF!

If you’re even considering trying out another gym instead of Oak Island Fitness… DON’T! This gym is the real deal with the best equipment on the island. Whether you’re a hybrid athlete or bodybuilder the gym has facilities for both. What seemed as an added bonus was the perfect gym lighting and the even the music played in the gym. As a tourist, this is what i look for in my home gym. Pictured below is the “Mecca” area that can’t be seen from the storefront.

Oak Island has needed a gym for a long time. Great location and clean. There’s a lot of equipment and space. The staff that showed me around were professional and helpful. Best of all, there are no contracts. Highly recommended.

My wife and I were visiting Oak island and Oak Island Fitness was an absolute delight. Excellent gym with every piece of equipment you could need. Great atmosphere, new machines, respectful customers and the friendliest coaches and staff. 10/10 will be back.

OKI Fitness is a great facility w/ all the equipment you need in a clean & motivating environment. The greatest assets are the owner & trainers- knowledgeable, professional, smart & also caring. They desire to help you be the best you and can guide your journey. If you’re sick & tired of being sick & tired, go ask how they can help you. No whining allowed!

Great staff and on the point coaching with personal touch service. The gym and equipment are clean and in great shape. You can't go wrong joining this facility.
