O’Calahan’s Pub & Eatery - Restaurant in Ocala - 3155 E Silver Springs Blvd, USA

We we’re in town to go kayaking and stopped here afterwards. We sat at the bar on the outside and could still feel the A/C a bit which was nice. We we’re enjoying ourselves but had to move to the inside since there were multiple people that kept coming to sit at the bar outside to smoke. We didn’t want to keep smelling smoke especially when our food came. PROS: The bartender Holly was fantastic, very friendly. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere. The food was hot and delicious. CONS: The chicken could have been better quality but it still tasted good. Bathrooms were clean but seat rims need to be wiped with the cleaning. Gaelic chicken - great Irish burger - great Will go back.

Our waitress Hope was awesome. She gave us amazing reviews. Outstanding service food was fantastic. Have no complaints. Five stars timing was fantastic. Atmosphere was above and beyond.

We ordered through grubhub. Food arrived still hot after 4 stops. I got the cheesesteak sub with tots. I put a special request (which I had no hopes of them reading it) of no peppers and extra mayo. They did exactly that and it was excellent. Will order from them again.

This place is a stepping stone for escorts. It's usually slow there so the girls don't make enough money, and they go home with the regulars that tip them good. And they don't care if the guy has a wife or girlfriend. Especially the waitress named Daryl, but I don't think she works there anymore. Don't let her serve your husband or boyfriend. She'll really "serve" him after work. And the cooks don't wear gloves, and they constantly touch their phones and scratch themselves while making the food.

My band played here on the patio, had a great time! The staff was fantastic, and the food was top notch!

First time visitor. .Went for dinner. Not bad for bar food. Good portions. Waitress friendly but forgot to bring my water after I asked twice. Was eating dry for most of my meal without a drink of water. Ambiance what you'd expect from a pub. I'd probably go back if I was in the the area and wanted to stop in somewhere for a beer. But I'd bring my own water. Lol.

First time coming to this restaurant. Our waitress was amazing! A+ for her. The pub pretzel tasted great! I didn't think my steak n cheese was anything great, but it wasn't bad either. The kids liked it, it didn't seem like a place to bring kids, but they were teens so 🤷. Would come back just for the waitress!

Best fish and chips in Ocala, hands down! My husband is from the UK, so he knows something about good fish and chips, and this place is CONSISTENTLY great😋 We've been there a dozen times and have NEVER had a bad experience; we always order the fish and chips. If you are looking for delicious, proper fish and chips with a great atmosphere, this is the place for you!
