Everything is good they have a good gym but they just aren't open sometimes when it says online there open.
This place is terrific! My work out takes about half an hour, but helps me to sleep better. This gym welcomes all ages and abilities. Informal atmosphere.
This the second month my kids have been attending this center my girls take up boxing lessons from Mr. Marcus and they love coming and learning new things he also offer computer and a homework center etc. I was glad to find a black own business to help support.
Amazing place for both kids and adults. These are people who care, about the whole person, not just the time you're there. They are doing wonderful things for the community while helping youngsters get fit, learn, and grow in a healthy environment. Check it out!
