Beautiful falls and easy to find trail off the road. Trail leading to the falls is well maintained and it is part of the North Country Trail. It is about three miles out to the falls and back. As it is part of the NCT it does not loop back to the parking lot and is just an in and out trail. But you able to walk eightup to the falls.

This was a suggested hike by the librarian in Rockland, well worth the visit! If you're feeling adventurous you can even play in the falls given the water level is low. We spent roughly 2 hours total with the hike here.
I live very close to O Kun de Kun falls, so I’m here pretty often. Right now is the perfect time to go before winter creeps in, perfect fall trail conditions. & if you like alone time in nature visit now because it’s not that busy with the colder weather.
This waterfall was a great surprise. It's worth the 1.5 mile trek out to the bridge to really enjoy it. The trail is super well maintained and you get to enjoy part of the North Country Scenic Trail. Loved exploring this tra with our dog. We had the whole trail to ourselves.
Excellent hike, especially in the spring. 40 minute walk in. The waterfalls were beautiful. Well marked trail. New board walks across the wetlands.
Very nice, easy, well maintained trails! Hardly any bugs, only saw 1 snake but it was only 72° that day. There is a decently clean Port-a-Potty at the entrance too.
The first "upper falls" is very nice, lots of places to sit and rest while you enjoy the river and falls :)
The lower falls were spectacular! There is a small trail that will take you right up to the the falls, but be prepared to half-crawl under 2 or 3 fallen trees (absolutely worth it!).
If you continue on over the bridge, I highly suggest taking the trail to the right as it'll take you to the bottom of a cliff that shows you a different view of the falls. Be sure to sign the notebook in the mailbox on the bridge!

Running bear is so wonderful accommodating and understanding. Just down to earth good people helping everyone enjoy the U.P.! I will alway try to stay here when I visit the u.p. We have been snowmobiling here and even fall trips to see the beautiful
This was awesome! It was amazingly crowded with people but all a great time and wasn't disappointing. Going back in October when mosquitoes are done. Great 1st time experience.
