Victor's been helping with my company's computer needs for the past 4 years; networking them, cleaning up viruses, installing programs, installing "Start" button on all my Windows 8.1 computers since they don't come with the "Start" button and many other issues I've had over the years. Whatever issues I needed help with, he was able to take care them remotely so it's like having 24/7 help, without the need for me to set up an appointment with a technician and wait for them. Received excellent service. The techie was focused on solving my computer problems, which he did. And I got the impression that his business mojo was at least as much about helping clients as about making money. He had to come back a second time to complete the work, and did not try to gouge me.
