Chris and team are wonderful folks who can handle any permitting needs. Our situation was a bit unique going through the motions with both County and HOA requirements. Working through all the guidelines they handled all of it so well and removed the stress from the experience. I would highly recommend them for any permitting needs.
Chris and his team did an outstanding job for us at half the cost we were quoted by architects. We had drawings for our 400 sf addition, but we needed permit ready plans, and we needed guidance through the permit process. Cameron came to our house, listened to us, and drew up wonderful plans, responsive to a few changes we asked him to make. Chris immediately responded to a city mandate for a geologic report. From start to finish, a professional, punctual service. I highly recommend them.

Chris and his team at NW Permit Solutions are fantastic to work with. They met with me and helped me design my own custom home from scratch. They're prices were reasonable and he was very up front with the one change order to the original contract and the associated cost (which was minimal).
We received comments from the first submittal and Chris and his team addressed all comments and the resubmitted package was approved by the City of Olympia.
During the build Chris has answered all of my questions regarding the plans. He has also provided clarification and direction on best practices. I can't recommend Chris and his team enough for custom home design.
