Arash returned my call within a very short time and understood my issue as I tried to explain it to him. He Fixed it and I was back up and running, being able to take care of my patients within minutes. He was Amazing and so personable especially when he had someone that is not computer savy o the other end of the phone.

Had an issue with One Drive. Ultimately turned out to be a me issue but the man I was on the phone with was great about it. He helped me figure out what I was doing wrong without making me feel like an idiot. In fact, anytime I call, my problem is solved quickly and correctly by a courteous, knowledgeable human.

Dave worked with me to resolve this issue by recommending me to contact our ISP, Spectrum. We did so and they re-wired our house and installed a new router and modem. Dave also assisted with installing the driver on my printer since the network name changed. Great to have Dave’s support! Good job!

Technician Kyle with NuWave is a very nice and knowledgeable person. He had walked me through all the details with the issues that I was having. I would like to try to request him if I have any more issues in the near future.
