This company is a nice company to work for please don’t believe the bad reviews about the owner I never had a bad experience with the owner she have a heart of gold she also treat her employees with respect and kindness the whole administration team are nice never once have I had one bad experience with this company it’s one of the best company I ever work for hands down I really enjoy working for nurses care services I definitely feel appreciate. NCS is hands down the best agency I have ever worked for in Pennsylvania. They are always professional, they pay very well compared to others, and care about you. The owner is a WONDERFUL lady that bends over backwards for you. Do not believe other reviews ! Those employees must have been poor employees and she didn't tolerate it. If in the field of Nursing ; I HIGHLY recommend Nursing Care Services over the other patheticly ran agencies in the Philly area.

The owner is rude.. The respect she has for her employees is horrible. One thing i learned in the nursing field is we was taught to be empathetic and sympathetic.. And she showed either. Money is the root to all evil. I guess when your not the boss you get treated like crap...

I worked for this company for more than 3yrs as a nurse. They first gave me opportunity after I graduated from nursing school. Compensation was good and you choose where you want to go and work. Loved it!
