Good airport restaurant. Fast and not terrible food. I got the rockfish sandwich which is locally sourced, and the peach pie which is not (the peaches anyway, the pie is good and homemade).
Scored two breakfast burritos this time around. I’ve also had the eggs Benedict and been really pleased. I just appreciate how low key the restaurant is and how accommodating the staff can be. Plus, the wide landscape views from the windows here on the tarmac are unparalleled compared to standard breakfast joints!
Get the pie! This restaurant is tucked into the corner of Sitka's airport. It has a diner atmosphere and is perfect for passing the time while waiting for your flight. Prices are reasonable and staff was friendly and quick Get the pie!!! It was awesome! I got the blackberry, rhubarb, and strawberry pie with ice cream. It was delicious and was a delicious way to close out my trip to Sitka. Edit: went here for breakfast and their breakfast's are pretty spot on as well. It was a little crowded on Sunday morning but we were still able to get a table in a reasonable time (we had a large party) and get food ordered. The food was delicious! Hash browns were crispy, toast was perfect, and coffee was hot! You can't beat it! Well...you can if you get the pie...
Excellent place to grab a bite before you hop on a plane! Incredibly friendly service and great views out the big windows. I didn't get any pie but I hear it's legendary!
The Nugget hasn't changed much in the last 40 or so years and thats just the way I like it. Food was reasonably priced and the portions were good. Its one of the best places in town for a classic style breakfast. They are also famous for their pies. The pies all look homemade; unfortunately i did not sample one. I had eggs, bacon and hashbrowns, others had waffles and eggs Benedict. Fantastic all around. I do with they incorporated some crab Benedict or smoked salmon Benedict, but overall it was pleasant.
Good food (great pie) and really friendly service!
Prefect place to grab some great pie while waiting for flight.
I ordered a cheeseburger with fries. Cheeseburger was ok...fries were crispy. Usually get onions and pickles on my burger, weird 💔. I'd give more stars but like them....I'm being chince with the goods
One of the best places I've ever visited for fishing, shooting, or general outdoor gear. Great prices, great selection, and all top brands. Staff is always super friendly and very helpful no matter what you're looking for, and can answer almost any q
My husband and I just returned from staying at The Wild Strawberry Lodge. We spent four days fishing and had an amazing experience. The accommodations were lovely, the food excellent and the staff were attentive and caring. The two captains, Chad a

This is the hot spot in town. Get your reservations early. Donât forget your wallet! $$ $ Ludwigâs Bistro is great. They combine Spanish notes and rich flavors to bring their colorful dishes alive. Chorizo plays a big role in the chowder and beef
We waited until the last day of our trip to go here for breakfast and it was worth the wait! The selections were unique and delicious. We ordered the salmon which if the day, the breakfast sandwich with bacon, and the breakfast burrito. Each one was
Thank you to the server that recommended the Malbec. I had a half kale salad, that considering how I feel about kale, was really delicious. Also enjoyed the Facacia bread with roasted garlic and basil butter. Not sure how long they stay open after th
We went for the touch tanks, which were a lot of fun for both the kids and adults in our group. The hatchery tour was part of the ticket, and I was apprehensive at first but it ended up being awesome! Our guide, Julie, was so passionate about the eco
Stop by this little place that packs an amazing flavor punch. Order potato or beef. You canât go wrong. I personally like the beef. There are more oils and that meat flavor with the vinegar and rye bread is a must try. Be sure to get everything in
Ron Guy helped me find all the parts I needed for several projects. He is just one of the best guys if you need help. I would highly recommend Ace Hardware particularly if you need help figuring out any of your projects.
We hiked here during our stop on the Princess Cruise Line. Was easy to get to from the dock and beautiful to explore. So many Totem poles. Mask required inside the museum. Make sure to watch the short movie as well.
