Its exactly what you expect. Local joint with 3 locations. It's like a small town hotdogs hut, but the hotdogs are in a red casing. They taste normal though. Cute historic acalade decorations adorn the walls. Decent amount of seating for the small space. Restrooms available upon request. Dessert includes a chocolate malt and an apple turnover. Large drink sizes. Not a lot of onion rings but decent amount of tater Tots (tater rounds). Breakfast until 11am. Plenty of parking, and there is a drive thru. We went inside and were served in a few minutes.
The Nuway at Northside and Forrest hills is a straight up joke. I ordered 2 chilli cheese burgers and 1 chilli cheese dog, and received 3 chilli dogs and a half eaten bag of fries. While I waited 25 minutes the staff was jumping out of the pickup window to meet one someone pulling up for them. This nuway is ridiculous.
The management here is horrible. They always have nasty attitudes, rude to customers and the food quality has really went in the ground. I don't know how they are still open at this point. The times I've been the light skin lady and a dark skinned short lady with braids always make sure my order is correct and fresh. If those two not in there I won't even eat from this location because it's just not worth it.
Staff had just closed inside seating, but opened for us when my friend explained that it isn't as good an experience with drive thru. They were patient, friendly, and helpful! The food was unique and yummy 🤤
Growing up with this burger and dog was the best! Always good food and always very clean. We don't live in the area any longer and miss NuWay. We come back to Macon regularly so it's a planned meal when visiting. Even Food Network took them on as one of the best hotdogs.
Guys yall work in the food industry, but why all of your workers have scary neon long nails? They all touched my foods all over, it's so nasty. Please have policy to not having long nails if you work and serve foods to your customers, that's so nasty. Foods were okay, fries was fresh. Their tea was too highly sweet, but people always have different sugar response. This one to me more like drinking sugar out of it. The young man in the front register was friendly although he didn't serve my foods but the lady that served my food had those nasty long nails, like very long.
Great food. Great customer service. Decided to try this randomly and we were not disappointed. Hot dogs had a good, different flavor unlike others.
My husband who really likes the chili dogs, told me I should try one as I've never had them. So I gave one a try and for me it was okay, I probably won't have them again as I'm not keen on hot dogs to begin with.
My wife and I found this place by chance while I was smoking a cigar next door on the rooftop patio of Churchills on Cherry. We were looking for a place to get vegan food and werenât having much luck and decided to try this place. They didnât hav
We were looking for a new, local breakfast place to try while we were on Macon. By the time we arrived, the lunch buffet had been put out. I ordered oxtails, rice, greens, Mac n cheese... Excellent!! The portions were huge, and nothing tasted like i

Walking on the treadmill, you see the following words written on the wall: hard work, determination and dedication. Yes, these words inspire you, but the best inspiration is Anthony Bright. He is amazing! With a combination of tough love and caring e
We loved this place. So much history. Did you know that Gregg and Cher's pool table is there covered with memorabilia? You can walk into the world-famous 7 head shower! Convenient parking, easy to find.
Beautiful visitor center and well Preserved grounds. Nice 17 minute orientation film too. Mounds are all within walking distance to visitor center but does take some time to walk in between. Walk ways are nice but do provide challenge to those with m
A very interesting cemetery with a lot of history. It was created when the city realized that the City Cemetery (see my review) would not be adequate for their growth. The terrain is very hilly and the roadways are tight. It contains notable peopl
I've traveled here on many occasions. Each time you come, you can find yourself getting into something different. If you like to walk and run, the paved trail is for you. If you'd like to rest and recharge, the wooden swings may be for you. Maybe
20231211 Be sure to duck! The little pathway into the Earth Lodge has a low clearance. It is also very narrow, not for larger size individuals and those who does not like small, dark spaces.
I had the privilege of working at this venue, and it's safe to say that it was one of the most incredible experiences I've ever had. From the moment I stepped into the venue, I was greeted with warmth and kindness by the staff, who treated me with ki
Amerson has become my favorite place to escape to. I love this park so much, I've even volunteered to keep it clean. I've found so many interesting side trails to the river banks. My dogs and I have a lot of joy and fun here. Having a place to exerci
L&W is exactly what people had told me it was. A family run business where good people shoot pool and have fun. I had a great time shooting pool on the Diamond pool tables. At only $3 per hour, it is the lowest per hour I have paid in a long, long ti
Went to see a play here on Nov. 6th called Lover's and Friends and it was hilarious. Also very entertaining in general. Nice Theatre felt very authentic to its history with nice updates to the restrooms. Overall I enjoyed the atmosphere and the play
