We started working with NPI in 2013. Since then they have guided us through such obstacles as Cyber security, cloud based servers, and hardware and software upgrades too numerous to mention. We have found that the service they provide, though not inexpensive is extremely valuable to the success of our company. NPI has become a true business partner with International Coins & Currency Inc. They have provided us with great service from their very talented employees. I would recommend this company to any business who has any concerns regarding IT equipment, software, or cyber security. Their expertise and guidance has allowed us to focus on our core business. Yesterday was a very challenging day and Michelle did an outstanding job as she navigated the issues. I can’t compliment her highly enough. Not only was her technical savvy helpful, but her people skill were a huge help as well. I know I went home feeling a bit better about the day based on her compassionate words.

NPI has been our IT partner for about 30 years. They offer us a small-town level of customer service with a high level of quality. We trust them and working with them is a pleasure.

Technology is very important in what we do at MMR, LLC. We have a plan; we know exactly when each piece of equipment needs to be replaced. Our recent move to the Cloud was flawless! NPI monitors our system 24/7, and they’re on it if anything happens. The Canopy service makes my life a whole lot easier.

Not impressed with the company. The communication with them is terrible. I would not recommend interaction. Unorganized and false promises, customer (lack) of service would describe them best. I started talking to M. Was sent a request for testing, completed it, asked to come in for interview, they asked me to test again as if they lost the first test, then no communication for over a month, they said they would call me in X number of days, never happened. Then a few weeks later i get an email for a THIRD test, its the SAME TEST AS THE FIRST TWO, then a request for a personality test, THEN a request to come in for an interview again. Interviewer gave me paperwork and said they would call in 7 days to discuss salary. Again no call for 14 days. Totally unprofessional.

We have been working with NPI for over 4 years now and would not choose anyone else. From start to finish we have great communication on our issues and then we see resolution. We would recommend!
