Extremely knowledgeable as he knew right away our connectivity issue. He set our home up to get the best connection and made sure everything was working prior to finishing the job. Very responsive and professional and was able to help us out the same day!

You will not be disappointed by hiring this guy! . He was so thorough and didn’t mind explaining everything to me as he went along. It was an amazing experience and can’t recommend him any higher. I would not hesitate to hire him again and plan on referring him to friends and relatives!

I never write reviews, but my experience with Besnik has been so superior that it would be a shame not to recommend him to everyone. The two times he helped me resolve networking and Wi-Fi issues he did so efficiently and skillfully and was able to explain everything clearly. His pricing is fair; he's always responsive; and he was very accommodating of my schedule, happily coming in the evening when asked. Moreover, he is a pleasure to work with, a heck of a nice guy! Could not have asked for more.

Besnik is an absolute professional from beginning to end! FIVE STARS-PLUS! (I now understand why he has 5 -stars on Thumbtack and Google.) When I reached out to Besnik, he quickly texted me back. (He then asked me all about the problems we were having, what system was presently installed, if we had Ethernet ports, etc. He impressed me by asking for photos of the current system configuration.) He was incredibly patient and easy to understand and it became clear that we needed a new router system. With Besnik’s recommendations, I purchased a new far more powerful band system and then had him come and install. He was very professional and friendly from the minute he arrived and got to work checking the current connection speed through the house, and figuring out where we would have the strongest signals. He installed the new system directly to the Ethernet ports, after checking that they were working properly, and again checked to make sure each side of the home had strong signals. (He’s great at problem solving: When the components for the music system didn’t pair, he quickly realized it needed to be reset and got on a ladder to reach them. And when we mentioned a problem we were having getting a printer to stay online and print, he examined the printer and computer and realized some of the captured settings were wrong and needed updating. He fixed that, too!) I could go on and on, but bottom line is that when he left we were very happy and very appreciative. Besnik was great to work with and I’m very happy we hired him!!
