Great customer service. Friendly, fast & knowledgeable. They were able to fix an HP all-in-one desktop that I assumed was a total loss after Best Buy techs (barely 2 years after purchase) told me they couldn't/ didn't have knowledge to fix it. So happy that we tried them before I tossed it. Saved me from buying ANOTHER brand new computer.

Called up this company to see if they could take care of a situation that I have regarding downloading videos and some photos onto a flash drive they said no problem bring it on in . They had everything I needed downloaded for me that day onto a flash drive for a presentation that I had to do.. These guys are awesome!!! unbelievable customer service , and really reasonable pricing. I can't say enough about Mike and Will who work here and took care of me. These guys do really great work and they're extremely honest. Will in his team will always tell you if it's fixable or it's time to replace something.
