Wow! Great taste, we got 2 small Bundts and they tasted excellent. Definitely gonna come again. Staff is very quick and helpful.
We are so glad that we chose to have bundlets for our guests at the wedding. We included 5 flavor options on our digital RSVPs so that guests could choose what they wanted. We also instructed our venue to serve them in the clamshell and NOT bus them off the tables, so that guests who didn’t eat their whole bundlet before getting back on the dance floor got to take it home with them. My new husband and I each got a bundlet packed into our getaway vehicle for ourselves as well! We wish they had offered a discount for bulk/catering, but we did notice that prices vary slightly by NBC bakery locations, so you should price compare as well.
Bought a large 10” Raspberry Bundt Cake today, and we were disappointed. Firstly, we found long human hair inside the cake, stemming through the white striped chocolate icing. Secondly, the cake, in our previous purchases, was softer, and infused with much more Raspberry Syrup or filling and used to be more mouth watering. Today! It was dry, with very little traces of Raspberry-real disappointment to us and our guests. The cake is expensive especially that it has one simple design without much decoration. Hence! Attention to quality and cleanliness are paramount.
Love these lil cakes. So tasty and cute for gifting or events. Great customer service. Definitely will be back 😊

Went to buy a cake for a New Year’s party. We ordered lemon and received vanilla! Didn’t notice until after midnight when our guests were eating. I’m not too shocked since the service we received was terrible from the start.

Great Food but not understanding. Went there earlier to pick up a few cakes for family birthday celebration. My son needed to use the restroom and they said only for employees. I was so disappointed, they told me to go to the gas station across the street. It’s such a busy area it would’ve taken me 15 mins to and come back. I didn’t have the time to do that and just ended up grabbing it from another bakery down the street. You gotta be understanding of your customers too. I understand people may come use it without buying but that wasn’t us, we needed not one but a bunch of the cakes. Well, they lost good business bc of their policies. So if you have little kids, think twice before going here. It’s not the best place for people with younger children.
Cake taste was below average. We felt cake frosting is sugary & base wasn’t that soft. Decoration was good.
