Not Watson's Kitchen + Bar - New American restaurant in Knoxville - 15 Market Square, USA

Went with my sister and the food was decent! I had the Turkey burger and she had the meatloaf sandwich! She got the philly cheesesteak egg rolls as the appetizer and later we got the salted caramel cheesecake! So good! We had to wait about 30 mins to be seated but the food was good.

Decent stop on a way through on a sunday. The food was tasty and well prepared. Good atmosphere and intenionality but there were 5 bar patrons and 2 servers yet every drink refresh was long after the last drink was done. Maybe they were prepping future patrons or a later rush but felt sloppy and lazy. Would return but after reading the back story and seeing an otherwise inspired menu i felt i would get a "wow" over a "whatever". Overall fine not amazing

WOW!! This place was a huge surprise, it did not disappoint. I’ve been to Market Square more times than I can count. I’ve never paid too much attention to Not Watson’s. We are in town looking for somewhere new and gave it a try. I can honestly say it’s one of the best meals I’ve had in a while. The place is very casual with a wide variety of entree options. I’m not sure what the exact genre would be but the dishes seem to have some southern Hispanic notes. Appetizer A+ Entrees A+ Dessert A+ Waiter A ++ If you are in town, give this place a shot! You won’t regret it.

Always a classy place to visit in Market Square. Almost ALWAYS a wait, so get here in time to put your name on a list. I had the Bleu Burger with extra crispy fries and a side of ranch. Everything was cooked to perfection, and our server was great. I’ll be back. :-)

Ordered the pork belly tacos(delicious!), fried green tomatos had too much cheese on it, was alright. Burger salad was good. Fish and chips was too greasy and the batter was way too thick. The sweet potota fries was delicious, cooked just right.

My husband and I met friends here for early lunch on Sat, Nov 11th. It was our first time. We got in line at 10:50 AM. They open at 11 AM. We had a nice waitress who took our drink orders quickly. We started with fried green tomato and pimento cheese appetizer. It was very small but we loved every bite of it. We all enjoyed our meals of meatloaf, grilled salmon, and beef short ribs.

My son and I went to Not Watsons for the first time yesterday. The food was excellent, the portions were big and the staff was very kind. We will definitely return. Here is a picture of the Creole Pasta that I had and the fish and chips that my son had.

This place is amazing. The atmosphere is very relaxed with semi loud music and low lighting almost like a bar, but the food it NOT bar food. I got salmon, my friend got scallops and grits, my wife got a salad and two friends got burgers. Everything was phenomenal! Including the Brussel sprouts.
