Dynamite experience at Not The Norm! Dropped in while on vacation. Michelle was very helpful and super friendly! Programming was awesome. Happened to drop in on leg day (everyone’s favorite). Members were welcoming and fun to chat with. Highly recommend! Will definitely go back.

First week at “Not the norm CrossFit” is exactly what I was looking for when it comes to getting in shape. I learned really quick every day is something different and challenging. CrossFit never gets boring and pushes you to get into the shape you have been wanting. What also helps is that you have a coach trainer that walks you threw everything and all the assignments for the day is done as a group. Working out as a group motivates you when you see everyone else around you is shooting for the same goal as you. Best decision I have made !

Unbeleivable energy in this gym. Great staff love the way they keep you honest and push you. Looking for a change this is it different workouts all ready for us when we get there.

Walking into the doors was the hardest thing I have ever done and it honestly was one of the best decisions of my life. Michelle and Norm (along with countless members) changed my life. I have never been to a more supportive gym in my life! Michelle and Norm adapted each exercise to my abilities and as I grew stronger they continued to challenge me. The atmosphere in the gym is so positive and uplifting they are always there to answer a question or to help anyone when needed. Not only have I lost weight but I have gained self confidence, friends, and muscle! It is an amazing gym and I feel blessed to be a member!!

I found Not the Norm CrossFit at a time when I was experiencing a lot of change and loss in my life. The coaches and athletes alike welcomed me with open arms into their family, giving me a place to belong when I needed it most. They encouraged me and checked in on me when I fell off at times. It's been a year now and I am feeling so much more like myself and am more consistent with my workouts than ever.  Thank you guys!!! PS The workouts are pretty great too

A fantastic gym. I was brand new to CrossFit when I found this place over a year ago. Norm and Michelle have made me feel welcome. They helped me modify things as needed (I am over 50), set and accomplish personal goals. I also appreciate that the gym is so clean and organized. Don’t slack off though…..they will call you out 😊.

Amazing gym! You won’t find anything like it around! At Not the Norm your not just a member, your family! All family is welcomed no matter the age! Everyone encourages everyone!! Lake Counties hidden gem!! Michelle and Norm always greet you with a smile and yell out your name! They care about your health and well-being! I’m proud to be a part of this huge CrossFit family!!
