These guys are great! Our computer stopped working and we brought it in and they got it working again. They were very fast and very reasonable and very nice. It was a few years ago but I'm pretty sure it was the owner I interacted with. I'm completely grateful to them.

I highly recommend NOS, very quick response. I was able to take my computer in right away. The tech quickly ID’d the issue as a dead battery that was also causing the computer to not power on at all, even when plugged in. The battery was not readily available so they removed it to allow it to be used and offered to order the replacement. No charge for that quick fix. NOS will be my go to and referral repair shop.

Very pleased with the service i received from NOS Computers! I purchased a custom PC that i wanted strictly for gaming. Before i did, I wanted to make sure i wasn't buying more than i needed. NOS Computer's was located right down the road from my office so I stopped by to ask question's and was very impressed not only with the amount of knowledge they shared, but also with how professional they were about sharing it. No sales pitch. No pressure. Only an enthusiasm to better help me understand each component they were recommending and how it will better serve my needs. By the time i walked out of their establishment, I felt even more confident in what I wanted and how much i was willing to budget. I decided to spend my money with them and I'm happy I did. I recommended (2) of my friends to speak with them as well before buying elsewhere, and they also shared my thought and decided to go with them as well. I purchased my PC almost 2 years ago and have had no issues with its performance. Today I called in because I was having an issue with one of my games not connecting to the servers. Totally unrelated to what you'd expect them to solve for their customer's but I couldn't figure it out after googling and watching YouTube videos. I called in, explained to them the issue and without hesitance they offered to "remote in" through the AnyDesk program to take a look at my security/network settings. Within 10 minutes they were able to diagnose my problem and had it fixed in no time. FREE OF CHARGE. Talk about a follow up AFTER the sale. I highly recommend NOS Computer's for any of your basic/advanced needs. They're professionals. They're knowledgeable. And more importantly; they CARE about their customers before/during/and after the sale. Thank you NOS !

These guys gave me a free diagnostic after another Tucson store charged me 75$ to tell me "my case was out of spec". Tested and found my GPU was DOA. This will be my go to PC repair. Thanks guys

Brought in a laptop to diagnose why it isn’t charging to which I was told the motherboard shorted and it will be $500 to replace. This repair is more than the computer is worth so I decided to just go pick it up. I got handed a computer in pieces and a pile of screws loose not even in a bag. Who knows if I even have all the parts? Extremely unprofessional to just say it’s not worth fixing and hand the customer a computer that’s in pieces when it was brought to them all together. The least they could have done it put it back together. Definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone.

These guys are the best, PERIOD. I pass by three computer stores before I get to this place. NOS built my custom $5,000 video editing beast a couple years back and now I wouldn't go any place else. Predictable pricing, rock solid repairs and friendly service. And the signature at the bottom of the PC - the owner of NOS, yeah, I had him autograph this master piece!! Enough said - Drop the Mic !

Total life savers! I was having a lot of trouble getting my fresh build to boot and was getting nowhere. Brought it to NOS as a walk in and the tech Andrew got the job done in under two hours. The owner Shawn had it ready for me to pick up, giving transparent answers to what was going on, all at a great price point. So glad to find this company!!
