Norwood Inn and Suites - Hotel in Brooklyn Center - 6415 James Cir N, USA

Prior review don't even discribe how horrible this motel was. The people at the desk were unfriendly. The breakfast contain coffee and juice. Kitchen area was so dirty! The entrance was very dirty and people were yelling and swearing at each other infront of the desk and the people behind the counter didn't even tell them to calm down. The rooms were very dirt!! Had to buy blankets to put below and above us on the bed. The carpet was very dirty. It would have been so much better to have paid a little more and got something better!!!!

Do.NOT!! This place is a dump! Amazed its open for business. SO gross. Smelled like feces, no amenities, in total disrepair, should be a hazard! Nasty AF. The owners live in the 'motel' with their wild, feral children & adults are openly using drugs in the breezeway of the building. NOT worthy of a dime.

Hotel parking lot was covered with trash and broken glass. When I came inside, it smelled funny, was grungy, had more trash, and lugies on the floor. The rooms were relatively clean, still clearly not as clean as they should be, floor was wet, and there was hair in the tub. Tv and remote didn’t work. Internet didn’t work. We left immediately, hopefully no one else makes the mistake of checking into the cesspool.

The worst stay of my entire life. Rooms were disgusting. Noise at all hours of the night. Misleading pictures and reservation accuracy was abysmal.

Avoid this place. It is dirty and hotel guests are living there and a lit of them look like prostitutes. Everyone smokes at the front door. Breakfast was non existent and the room was filled with flies. Totally terrible place to stay.

This hotel is good for cost.||But it definitely wasn't worth it. I was without basic essentials and requested help to get those and no help was given.

1. Staff are extremely rude and unfriendly.||2. Absolutely no hot water in the shower, vanity sink…just fine.||3. Television did not work.||4. Felt quite unsafe during my stay.||5. Was double charged for my one-night extended stay, which I left anyway. Still have not been refunded or heard back from Guest Services.

Poorly managed, dirty room, smelled like cigarette and body odor, filthy carpet, broken blow dryer that was never replaced even when I requested it, mini fridge filthy
