This burger looks good, but it was impossible to eat in one piece and dry as all get-out. My partner had an equally dry and boring salmon burger (it literally came with just a bun and mayo), but the 🥨 Bites were good! Not really our scene and they were understaffed by about 5 people. No need to return here. 🤷‍♀️

I grew up within walking distance from Norwegian Hollow, so I had to try out the restaurant. I ordered the pizza because of the great reviews. I ordered the pepperoni and cheese. It was average and could use a bit more flavor in the sauce. The customer service could be a bit more friendly. Maybe they were having an off day. I will be back to give them another try.

Great out of the way place ! The scenery is fantastic. Great service. I had the rib eye sandwich and potato salad, for 11 bucks. The potato salad was fabulous along with the ribeye. I highly recommend seeking out this place. Can't forget to mention the blue ribbon trout stream just out the door!

We had a brand new server, didn't know anything about the menu or availability. Food was typical bar food, nothing special. We were not aware before ordering that they do not take credit cards. I was forced to use their cash machine, with a $7.50 service charge. Very disappointing.

A little off the beating path, but well worth it. Great Service, and great food. And they had one of my favorite Brews.

You won't confuse this place for another nearby establishment - it's the only thing for miles! Packed Friday evening and the fish fry was done by the time we arrived (+/-8 PM) Took awhile for our burgers to show up, but not ridiculously long. We worried that since the sign said kitchen closed at 9 that the cook had left without taking our order. The mushroom swiss burger nwas tasty and worth the wait.

Food is amazing as ever. They could improve the atmosphere and the noise level SO much by hanging ceiling baffles. Such a cheap fix to elevate the ambience 10fold.

We love going to the Hollow for Friday night Fish Fry! It’s our absolute favorite place on Friday nights. Drinks are great by Lyle, Matt does an excellent job at the fried and broiled fish dinners and the service is excellent! Everyone works together as a team for timely and outstanding customer service! A great employer is able to keep his staff for years. That’s a sign of a great business. Keep up the super job EVERYONE!
