Don’t stay here! The location was ok and the room has no bed bugs or roaches. BUT don’t stay here unless you really have to. The receptionist didn’t talk to us, just asked for ID and deposit, which she preferred in cash! A weird person who was checking in after us asked us for a ride to the beach multiple times! She said she will pay us cash if we do!! The room is stinky. It smells like wet cigarette buds and chemicals. The bedding and furniture are very old. The walls, door handles, and window handles are very dirty. If I hadn’t paid already and it wasn’t so late at night, I would just leave and find a better stay.

Been staying for a few months now maybe since January. Most of the rooms a spacious but dusty, mold in bathrooms cracks in the flooring exposing the ground . And paper thin walls where you hear everything from both rooms on both sides . Customers service depends on the front desk agent but generally it's 3/10 customer service honestly. This hotel has worked with us n our time of struggle but there r other hotels out there that is a much better fit customer service wise and cleanliness. Fortunately for my family this is our final week here . I would not recommend to other families or singles . I will not ever b back . God speed .

The room was on the second floor- #200, upon entering it smelled heavily of mold and the bathroom it was visible in the shower and on the walls. The room entry had cracked ceilings the smell was awful. When mentioned to staff it was brushed off. Emailed the hotel after check out ($205.97 for the night) with photos of the mold and did not receive a response. Will not recommend and will not stay again.

Room was fairly clean. Bathroom door knob was dented inwards and room service did not come at all to replace towels even when requested. Price was fair though and staying just to sleep was fine.

The room was worked on but not cleaned good after. Still seen dust. I'm glad the toilet was clean. No roaches so that's a plus. I paid paid the room and upon arrival they wanted an extra $40. Wth. You can't get a refund so they're sneaky on that. The floor was dusty and full of hairs. I looked at my socks and it looked like a women's brush. ( no offense ). Customer service could improve. I did like the space for the 2 king size beds though. Oh and the couch had a towel over it. I was curious as to why . Well I found out why. That towel should be changed after every customer.

Rooms are ok. They look good but mold in bathroom and huge stain iniddle of tub. No sheet on bed. Only blanket. From outside looks like a crack house.

Horrible customer service at this place. The lady was rude, yelling over the phone, and upon arrival she was clearly discriminatory and refused to book a room. I had just gotten off the phone when she yelled “just come” and when I got there right after she was judging by her looks and said she was “almost full, go to the motel next door.” The only reason I tried booking here is because it was little cheaper than the surrounding motels but with that type of attitude I will gladly pay a bit more to be treated with respect. The lady is not ethical, does not understand what you try to tell her and really does not care about how she treats you. If you do not want a headache or to be mistreated, I do not recommend this place at all. I ended up booking at Keystone Motel, the lady was very sweet and pleasant there and I had no problem booking a room there.

We got there about midnight no one was at the front and waited for about 10 mins for someone finally come out and looks like she was sleeping. Second night the cops was there and arrested someone. Walls are very thin and it sounded like the people above us was moving things around all night long. It's not a good place for children or anyone. They don't have an iron or iron board and if you need one they only have an iron and when you borrow it you need to return it as soon as you are done. If you need towels or anything it has to be done in the daytime only!!! Looks like people lives there. Bathroom is big but you have to bring your own soap, shampoo and ect. They only have 1 tv in the room with 3 king beds. The only thing that was good is the room is very big.
