It was Our 1st time here and Everything was Awesome from the service TO "THE FOOD"!!! Atmosphere was nice huge establishment alot of tvs its IS Definitely a Must place to try...

been going for years absolutely terrible never coming back. Bartender was terrible messed our order never got our fries got wrong wings. Had a bad attitude could not or would not put Bills game on. His attitude was terrible use to be a great place loved it for 6 years knew all the bartenders great food now terrible never going back to that cocky bartender. Took forever to get a drink was not even busy. Sorry about review need new bartender or never coming back.

I am truly beside myself with the extreme failure to deliver or to even make the outstanding food that was advertised. The service personnel were doing their best to help the customer while failing to inform the customer for over a half hour that they were out of an item. I am sure that the kitchen staff was working super hard because it took 76 minutes to make a salad. Sad!!!! I have been told that this is not common...but to have it happen at all is still a problem that needs addressed.

Cool venue. But by far, the worst service I have ever seen. The bartenders walk by and don’t acknowledge you at all. You have to get their attention to get a drink. **This was a slow Tues night. Everyone walks around like they hate their life and all customers are a burden. One guy behind the bar looked like he just got taken down in a bar fight with bandages all over his face was walking around picking up trash, and cleaning dirty tables. He never washed his hands the entire time we were there and was burying his hands in the limes and lemons, and putting them in the drinks for customers. Sometimes putting his fingers in the drinks. It was disgusting!!!! The guy next to us at the bar left, and his dirty dishes were at the bar for 45 minutes before anyone picked them up. It’s a shame, because it’s a cool place. Better service, and this place would be so busy. But this place is nasty.

Very poor service, everytime we come in the waiters and waitresses saw us but keep ignoring us and always takes 45 minutes before someone comes to our table, the buzz shorty fat boy is worse he always ignores seeing us even if we try to get his attention to at least tell somebody that we’re here. This time friday night September 29 I had to go to the bar to get our order, I tried to call the female bar tender first, she just walked passed by me, a guy bar tender saw me but pretended he didn’t see me I had to call him and finally got our orders, but he didn’t look so happy that he had to bring a pitcher of beer to our table. By the way we live in the neighborhood, we moved here in 2016 and been coming here since then. We had nothing but very good experience and great service. But not in the last 6 mos. the staff were just bad, customer service were very very bad, except for the one waitress who is a dental assistant and the black guy waiter or bartender. The two were good and nice. The rest are just very bad. Very poor customer service. I miss the old crew.

This place is cool. Great wings and food! 6/2022- visited recently and I enjoyed it all! Added pictures. Try the tator tots! You won't regret it! I ordered the chicken Cesar wrap with some coleslaw. Hubby ordered the Blue cheese burger I believe it's called. I am not a big fan of blue cheese, but that was a tasty bite I tried! They have a big bar... Lots of seating and TVs. I noticed people playing billards and darts. Pretty cool place to check out for sure!!!

Our waiter was great! 2 out of the 4 of us eat gluten free and he did a great job checking on what was available for GF options. We got wings and he brought several sauces in cups so we could try them. The wings were great. The celery and carrots were fresh. We also ordered French fries and they were really good as well. I give a 4 out of 5 only because they did not have a gluten free menu or markings on their current menu to show what was gluten free. I would eat there again :)

Great bar with great food love their tots and Philly wrap Sydney was my bartender tonight and she was so fun and friendly always great having good service and she made great drinks really enjoyed ourselves I look forward to coming back and seeing her
