Norton Shores Inn - Motel in Norton Shores - 631 W Norton Ave, USA

When I was there. The pool had no water. The rooms had paint all over the walls that were coming. They expand their prices because of the pool but in fact don't have a pool. For that amount of money they should have a breakfast. The room should smell fresh and warm. But they don't. I suggest that you don't go to the Norton shores inn.. and seeing that it is going into the fall months. They should lower their prices to $45 and no deposit. Thank you .

I would not stay in this hotel. The pictures on the website is not how the hotel looks like at all. Must of been old photos. The pool didn't have water in it And the rooms are very old and not well keep up. I can't imagine how many problems would of occured if we stayed. I didn't care that I lost my money,. Worth not getting bed bugs or who knows what else. Please try to update your website so folks know especially if they are traveling and don't have other options to stay anywhere else.

Owners left for India. Now if u rent a room, u will deal with an aids infested lady named STAR ⭐ that will go into your room when you are gone. Bed bugs, and druggies.. zero staff. Place needs to be shut down 👎🏻

I honestly couldn't imagine a place being this dirty. The pictures are very deceiving. Looks like a cute little place with a pool, but having the pool shut down was the least of my childrens concerns. As we walked into the room the first thing we noticed was the foul oder that consumed the room.. then we noticed the garbage and chunks of food and crumbs on the floor. If I could post the pictures we took on here that would be nice cause honestly no one could imagine how bad it was. I immediately went and purchased bleach cleaner and febreeze. Since we didn't check in till 9 pm we were stuck for the night. In the morning I went to let the lady at the front desk know we would not be staying a second night , which I had already paid for due to the terrible conditions and would like a refund for the next night. She told me no refunds but she would get someone to vacuum the room. I showed her the pictures I took but she acted like she didn't care.. DO NOT STAY HERE!! Some one needs to do something about this disgusting place.

2 * hotel that's improving They have plenty bad reviews but I had different experience Management working on improving the facility. We stayed in the family room for under $200.3 queen size beds,2 rooms

Rooms need updating, pool not open, rude staff that clean the rooms, owners are nice. On the pricey side especially with the condition of the rooms. Mini fridge and microwave.

Do not stay at this motel. The beds were made but the room was never cleaned or vacuumed before our stay. Very unsanitary. Stains all over walls, crumbs on floor. The room smelled terrible. The screen in the window had been cut as if someone had tried breaking in. Couldn't get a good night's sleep - people arguing at night, people screaming. Very unsafe and unsanitary - it's so dirty I can't see how this place hasn't been shut down.

THIS PLACE HAS BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!!! I just rented a room an before returning, I was out with friends and I had mentioned where I was staying at and even they said they had bedbugs I brushed it off bc I checked the sheets but when I got back there was one crawling on the bed. When I tried to get a refund considering I was only there for a matter of 4 hrs, they refused. The paper you sign has the refund policy but they DO NOT tell you when you sign the paper. Definitely not for $125
