Will enter your room whenever they want , happend 2x ,first time I was in a friend's room while my son was asleep and they woke him up and brought him outside(he is 2) , 2nd time they came in I was asleep and they took a sign I had put on the door and threw it inside towards my son (had cops come and ems) he was okay but this is uncalled for ,if you care for your health and safety of yourself or family I'd recommend going elsewhere.

Location is good because there’s lots of stores around Place is gross and trash Customer service is embarrassing rude Rooms dirty Mold on the door frame of the entry Black stuff in the tub Burn holes on the blankets Stains on the towels Cigarettes behind the bed Stains in the microwave No kids allowed in the parking lot or allowed to play outside Not family friendly They just made a rule stating they could just come in whenever they want

rating this hotel a 1 star is beyond what it deserves!!! please DO NOT consider staying here!!! they have bed bugs, I am beyond mortified. I have bites all over and so do my children!! there are stains all over the walls, cigarette burns all over the bath tub, the faucets don't turn off the water, drug deals going down and people partying that seem to live there!!! if we weren't scared and also trapped into staying here because we would lose so much money for canceling last second we would have left but we drove 5 hours to get there!!! i am beyond mortified and the worst part is they won't refund anything for all these problems!!!!! we had to buy extra blankets just to sleep on the beds, I cannot even believe we did that. I am regretting it all now and wishing I would have canceled anyways and lost my money because now we are all sick from the mold and dealing with bed bug bites. luckily I have video and photo proof and will not stop until something is done about this. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE you guys should be ashamed of yourselves for what you advertise this place to be verse what you actually offer.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at ! First night we got here a drunk guy is stumbling down driveway with no shoes on. Felt very unsafe! Most of the hotel is wood railings which looks old and could be a fire hazard. Get up to our room and there is a tobacco spit bottle right next to our door. Great right?. So we get in our room the floors are nice since we brought a dog but the rooms are very out dated. There was a blood stain on the wall.... and cum all over a picture frame. Just out right gross. This hotel looks like a hotel on a murder mystery show! Guess we got what we payed for but they could atleast be more clean. We didn’t even get room service...

This was the not a very nice place!! First room we were given was still dirty from the previous guests!! The second there was a good inch of dirt in the bath tub!!! The faucets leaked in tub all night!! The bed tilted down hill!! No soap or any amenities!! There was loud noises the room smells!! If i could give lower stars I surly would!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. It felt dirty, there was no soap, shampoo, or anything. The bath tub had rust marks and I didn't feel comfortable bathing my kids there. Customer service was okay though. But for the price, is stick with a known chain. $119 is too much for a shady supbar motel room

This place was horrible, the room smelled like cigarettes, the tubs were disgusting, there were cigarette burn marks on the bed sheets and the service was the worst. I asked to be changed into another room and they told me they couldn't do anything. The person they had at the desk was useless supposedly he didn't work there and couldn't do anything about the many problems in my room. I had to sleep in a room where I couldn't breathe in. If I could I would give it no stars. Do not stay here, its definitely a waste of money! I would NEVER recommend this dump to anyone!!
