Northside Lofts - Hotel in Spokane - 20 E Pineridge Ct, USA

We are a military family on a move with the base accommodations full. So we turned to Turning Leaf for a week while the movers packed up our home. What a simple gem, and so much better than a hotel. It's wonderful having some space for a small family with a dog, a functional kitchenette with an almost full sized fridge, free laundry, and access to the gym. Turning Leaf is clean and quiet, and the staff are friendly. I can not recommend it enough if you need longer stay accommodations and are tired of hotel rooms. Thank you for making our moving experience much more pleasant. The grounds are also cute and have security cameras.

I booked a stay at Turning Leaf last minute, to come in for a concert. I chose it because it was definitely cheaper than decent hotels in the city, looked well equipped, and had very positive reviews. ||We were happy with our stay. Though not downtown, it was an easy drive down - and was close to area supermarkets, retail, etc. Parking was a cinch, and the unit was spacious and clean. There is a nice bed upstairs, and a futon downstairs. Everything was clean and functional. The good sized fridge was very useful. It was actually quieter than expected, being on North Division - however our windows didn't face the street.||Communication with the hosts was clear, timely and friendly.||I would definitely recommend Turning Leaf, and would stay here again.

When we walked in the townhouse the smell of stale cigarettes hits you. The screen in the window, in the upstairs bedroom smelled of cigarettes really strong also. The online pic of the pool was deceiving. The pool is a block away not on site. The noise from the street was loud. In the contract we signed it never said we would have to do wash our own sheets and strip the bed. We were there for 3 nights. We also were asking to empty the garbage cans. For the price we could have stayed in a nicer place and not had to do all the extra work and not had a smelly room. There was not a manager on site you could reach them by phone. There was a note in the kitchen that said that if you are a good guest, you will write a good review. Very arrogant statement. I am a good guest it seemed very demanding. I do not need to prove I am a good guest. I will never say there again or recommend this place. I did notice the manager from turning leaf does answers concerns and also scolds customers for making negative comments. If you don’t correct the problems, you are not good at your position. The townhouse we were in needed a deep clean. We never complained about the accommodations because I saw he doesn’t respect his customers. It was too late to change our accommodations and everything was book up in town. Needs new management.

We had a great experience with Turning Leaf. It was well priced, well located - and the units are spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. We came in last minute for a concert, not knowing Spokane at all, and were impressed with our stay. I would recommend and stay here again.

There is NOT a hotel available that can even come close to comparison. I initially booked a room for one week with The Turning Leaf Furnished Townhomes, knowing that my family would need a minimum of a 3 week stay. Only because I didn't believe that for the prices I saw, what was offered was possible. After checking in and virtually in tears of how IT FELT EXACTLY LIKE HOME. From the swifter in the closet, bleach under the sink, a Betty Crocker cookbook and the "extra" roll of paper towels. The only thing WE SHOULD HAVE BROUGHT was ourselves. The agent I worked with, Kirsten was AMAZING and her dedication to her customer satisfaction and professionalism was ABOVE PAR. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

We came here on a weekend trip for a funeral. There were 5 in our group. We were able to have two rooms next to each other. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We had everything we needed to be together in the evening after the day’s activities. It was centrally located and easy to get around town. I so appreciated this place during this time. Thank you Turning Leaf and Calla for making our stay here easy and enjoyable.

Me and my family enjoyed our time while we stayed here. The staff were super nice and helpful. The room was extremly nice and organized. Everyone was nice and everything was perfect during our 3 months of staying here. Everything was just perfect and for the correctprice. Its a very safe and calm environment, parking was very convenient and theres enough space for everyone. The manager Jerry, was a very kind person and we were very pleased to have met him.

I stayed here multiple times many years ago. Convenience was key for me. The self check in and private entrance is exactly what I wanted.
