This morning around 10:00am I submitted a maintenance request to replace my garbage disposal. Within less than an hour, Art was here ready to replace it. He was so kind, as are all the other maintenance technicians with Northport. Thank you for your quality service and quick response time!

I have been living at Northport for about 20 months. It is a great place to live. Everything is nearby. Of course, you’ll hear your neighbors sometimes but it’s like that at every apartment place. It doesn’t bother me. The office girls are always nice. The neighbors are nice as well. I have one complaint, the BUGS, but you can call the office and maintenance will spray around the doors and windows. Sometimes one or two bugs will get through. The maintenance could be better. The best amenities are the washer and dryer in the apartment and you only pay the electric bill. Also, the view is nice from your patio and the Smart Rent door locks and thermostat are awesome.

Art & Tom are great! They replaced our dishwasher quickly and efficiently. All of the northport maintenance is wonderful. Especially Kris the maintenance supervisor! Thank you guys! :)

The apartment is nice with great lighting and a view. The neighbors and community are friendly and welcoming. The office staff AND maintenance are always very kind and helpful.

This property is always well maintained. The grounds are always clean and trash-free. The staff is friendly, pleasant and helpful, I would consider this complex for a consistent residence, it's great.

Do not waste your money! Scratch this one off your list and look at others. Rent is extremely high for what you get. They talk a good game but when you leave they do everything in their power to keep your deposit.

i have been a resident at the northport apartments for 3 years now and I have never had such horrible customer service!!! I have called them at least 45 times the last couple months and not one person picks up the phone, not even the emergency line! absolutely ridiculous that I pay so much money for an outdated apartment and on top of that get horrible customer service. Can’t wait for my lease to end so I can move out. Would never recommend someone to live here!!!

Art and Aaron were really nice when I had a maintenance issue, I really appreciated their customer service!
