Crazy drivers going to H Mart, an always busy Starbucks, great Chase bank branch, CVS pharmacy, gas station, Happy Nails, AMAZING Postal Annex location, Subway, Boba Time, Donut shop and a Chipotle. There are other retailers here but none I’d frequent often. Not a great location for food options.
This mall completely lacks any bike racks whatsoever. Many cyclists, myself included, frequent. A code of conduct sign by Central Park Avenue says “please secure bikes to racks”…there are no racks, HELLO! That really sucks but I will continue frequenting because It’s Boba Time is here.

Convenient location for Northwood residents. Lots of eatery's but no shopping stores. H Market is a Korean super market supposed to open since last year but nothing happens yet. Also there is CVS my go to place to get PCR testing. Just got other PCR tested last Friday. There are many new restaurants open here now.
I came here for the first time and I LOVE the Brown Sugar Matcha Green Tea with Boba! I would like to try all their other milk teas and smoothies the next time I visit😄!
Great place to shop and find what you’re looking for
I've been in this area for more than 10 years! Recently they spent millions finish remodeling the walk area (which I believe it already looked good in the first place) making it look even more modern! This plaza has it all whether you're in need for some breakfast, lunch or dinner! Very convenient as well (banks check, food check, coffee check!!!)
This shopping plaza has an okay variety of food places, a pharmacy and grocery store. There is also a veterinarian and gas station. It is a convenient stop if you live up in this area but there are closer shopping plazas near the freeway. They have also been doing construction here for a while and a chunk of the parking lot has been used up for that.

Former locals visited the old place and it is still nice, clean and up-to-date. And still pretty crowded. Most of the old stores and eateries are still there but aren't all beat up and stale. We'll stop in again when we're in the neighborhood.
