True value in Hayward is a terrible place to buy appliances they don’t stand behind their products I bought a dishwasher and had problems with it they told me to call manufacture who just gives me a run around I have tried to get a hold of manger but never there don’t buy anything from true value in Hayward I will never buy anything from them again ! No customer service at all I give them a zero rating !

I went to this store to try to get a new dryer because the one my landlord had bought from here sucked. The older guy that works in the back by the appliances was very rude to me and talked to me like I was stupid. I had all I could do not to be rude back to him. Would not recommend.

Nice store, very clean, good service, and a big selection. Great to have a store like this in your town, you should support it before the big chains swallow them up and you are stuck without a place that still gives you the little things that add to a lot; service, quality, attention to detail, the personal touch, and it's easy to get in and out. This is the kind of place I miss the most, they will never go out of style. They give you the human touch.

Wow what a great store! Needed a remote battery replaced and Brian went above and beyond opening it and switching out the batteries for me. The store is bright, clean and well organized. Great place to browse.
