The answering service was very polite and helpful. Scott called back within 5 minutes and arrived within a half hour of my initial call. He got the unit running and will be back to complete the repairs. I highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend Northern Air Systems! I phoned them at 10 am on the morning of July 4th. Scott was at my home by 10:30 am and had my AC up and running again by 11 am. I very much appreciated Scott’s professionalism and honesty. I will definitely be calling on them again! Thank you again Scott!

I am highly disappointed with my recent experience with Northern Air Systems. They came out to my house an hour late from their appointment time window (I was told they would be here between 8-12pm and they came at 1pm, making my child late for a doctor appointment). On top of being late, they did not give me a courtesy call to notify me of being late, and then proceeded to charge me $109 for work that they were simply verifying. I was told this would not be a billable service, and they continue to try and send me bills. I have called the office twice now to tell them to remove the $109 invoice from their system (as I was told I shouldnt be billed). Especially when you arrive late to a job… you shouldn’t be billing your customers for this major inconvenience, resulting in my child being late for their doctor appointment. I am highly disappointed that despite me calling twice now, they will not honor the removal of the invoice. Buyers please beware of the unprofessionalism in arriving late to their service appointments (without a heads up too) and office staff that does not honor their commitments.

Our furnace stopped working completely. Scott the technician was awesome. He diagnosed the problem in our furnace and made the necessary repairs in less the. 30 minutes. I am always impressed with Northern Air Systems service. Thanks, I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

I called Northern Air at the recommendation of my previous HVAC contractor who retired. Northern Air scheduled a timely appointment. Scott arrived as scheduled and got to work right away. He was friendly, professional, and helpful. He provided maintenance and use recommendations for my aging system . I will definitely use Northern Air again and will recommend him to my neighbors.

I’ve been a customer of Northern for almost 20 years. They take care of my furnace and central AC which are now 26 years old. Northern comes twice a year to service my heat and air. They are always on time, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. They explain everything to me. I recommend them without reservation.
