After 5 visits from Optimum and 3 days with no phone lines or resolution to why the business phone was not working, stating that they could do all they can because they system was working on their end, Optimum told me I needed a telephone guy. I called Ron at Northeast Telephone and he came out that day! and determined we had no dial tone, which was why the phones were not working! He explained the situation to Optimum, who ended up sending another technician, and spent a couple of hours to get the lines working. Ron helped set up additional phone lines and his availability, service and knowledge were greatly appreciated. Thank you!
