The North Texas Food Bank is an amazing place to donate your time and/or money. If you're dropping off food donations make sure you take a minute to pop in their lobby and check out the Harvest Market. $1 = 3 meals so every purchase makes a huge impact.

Very large building. There was a check-in process as we enter in. There are lots of hand sanitizer all around. Just before volunteering we all had to wash the hands. Then the coordinator takes us what is the work for the day and how each of us could do the work. It was very well organized volunteering work. It is the kind of the work suited for volunteering. Clean and we'll maintained facility. We would like to volunteering again. Everyone can check the website and see if they can volunteer for some time.

Brought canned foods to donate. Found a beautiful, clean, orderly, light, modern warehouse with easy drop off and friendly volunteers. Now I want to be a volunteer myself so I can indulge my minor OCD issue about “no food waste” on a community scale.

Absolutely wonderful place for doing the community work. I participated with other colleagues at this place this week for a global volunteering month and loved the cooperation and warmth of the staff. I would love to go back.

I love a place like this that help people in need. I am very Thankful to have recently found out that they exist here in this location. It is a great food source! It is a food drive at various event locations. Most events are great. It just need to be organized better. Or rather, there need to be better organizers using it. Churches tend to be a better place where community commodities are passed out. But to be honest, all the places need to organize better and be certain that the household information and head count given is correct.

Had such a great time today partnering with #NTFB and Texas Western Hospitality! The whole experience was awesome, and I can't wait to go back and do it again! Had so much fun with Ms. Yolanda and the team packing up condiments!

When I tell you as a grown man, I'm about to cry..! I can't remember the gentleman's name, but he was Hispanic and he helped me sign up for food stamps. I am so grateful for his help and the time he took to help me. God bless you.
