The suite was big and comfortable for two people. Clean and spacious. Especially the bathroom. Loved the hot tub, and the amount of storage space they had both in the bathroom and in the bedroom. We also enjoyed using the kitchen. It was a well equipped kitchen, only thing missing was cutting board. We didn't like the fact that our room was right above the outdoor heated pool. People were so loud. The room was a bit too hot, it was kept at 76, and it didn't cool down even when we tried to turn it off. The bed could be updated. The mattress was not super comfortable but good enough. Loved that it was a king size. Check in and check out process was super easy. The location was good. A quick drive (2-5min) to grocery store shops, and the ski resort.
Clean, convenient and spacious. What more do you need from a ski hotel? Staff was so friendly and helpful. Not fancy and could use some updating but the price was right. The fireplace in the lobby was very inviting and heated outdoor pool was very relaxing after a long day skiing Killington just a few miles away.
Definitely recommend staying here. I think it deserves better reviews. The place is a little dated but very clean and has all the things one cold ask for. Heated outdoor pool, sauna, hangout room with air hockey and video games. Nice lounge area wish a real wood fire. Also the service was amazing, very friendly helpful staff
This place is really shady. We had a terrible experience. It’s too bad because there is some good here and some decent people. It was mid-morning and a sketchy looking guy came to our door for the “broken chair”. I told him no-one called about a broken chair, probably wrong room and he leaves. Shortly after my kids who are still their beds tell me a guy keyed into the room and was walking around the place peering in bedrooms. When I went to the front desk for an explanation as to why a random guy came into the room after I clearly conveyed that we didn’t need anything, they didn’t seem to understand the issue and could not explain. The supposed maintenance guy who did this was in proximity and after words to the effect of “stay out of my room” were exchanged he tried to get violent. When my wife and I later confronted the front desk about the matter, the owner’s son, Matthew Romano, was very unprofessional and rude. When I asked who owned the hotel, he told me to “F off” multiple times. It was a nightmare.
I stayed at the 1 bedroom unit with full kitchen. The staff at the front desk are very friendly. They care for the comfort of our stay and responded quickly to bring us things missing in the room. I left a hot/cold water bottle in the room at check out. They found it and mailed it right away to me. It is an old water bottle but I appreciate their effort and care. When I am in the area, I will definitely stay at this place again.
This place is a great value and was|Perfect for a place to stay in Killington. It’s 6-8 minute from the slopes, close to many restaurants and shops. Has its own great bar on site. Staff was very friendly and rooms nice and clean. For what you pay, it’s a great deal. Heated pool in the winter is fun too.
First time staying here.. I must say more than I expected bar n restaurant upstairs.. rooms are nice beds are comfy heated outdoor pool was awesome..sauna..nice people Good Vibes... close to mountain and local restaurants will definitely stay here again
I'm not sure if there is a certain section of this hotel where rooms used to be attached, but our room looked nothing like the pictures we saw. There was a door connecting our room with a strangers room, and we could hear every single word they said, everything on their TV, and even heard someone using the bathroom. The connecting door had a large crack where we could see shadows moving from the other room. I wish we were informed of this before booking, and luckily the people next to us were respectful after realizing we could both hear each other, so we spent the night whispering. Didn't have any other complaints, staff was friendly but thankfully we only stayed for one night.

Had a delightful lunch today served by the sweetest little waitress (she was all of 10 maybe, but said she's been helping out since she was about five.) Food and service were both outstanding. Thank you for making us smile today. We will be back to
We had breakfast bagels here, I got sausage, egg, cheese, avacado, and tomato on mine, and my cousin got bacon, egg, and cheese on hers. We both loved our breakfasts and felt full for hours after our meal. I also got a white chocolate latte, which se
We came here every morning of our vacation. I like everything we ordered. It was reasonably priced and the portion sizes were large. It all tasted fantastic. I can't say I had a favorite dish, but I recommend trying the pancakes, French toast, breakf
