I’ve lived here for 4 years and ever interaction with staff or maintenance is INCREDIBLE! They always strive to make sure everything is taken care of in a timely manner. I love that they get to know everyone and address them by name! I wish I could live here forever

After staying here a year in a one bedroom, in order to resign my rent would go from $1150 to $1170 for yearly or $1270 for bi-monthly. After I decided to move out the posted rent for the apartment was $1220 yearly. Seems aggressive for price increases with no changes or improvements. Overall decent place but not being pet friendly eventually turned into a negative appeal for myself.

My husband and I have lived at the Northshore apartments for 2 years now and they are hands down the best! We feel very safe and the landlords are SO nice and responsive! They are always willing to help if needed and always treat us great!!

It’s been 16 years since I lived in an apartment complex. Moved in November 18. The ladies in the management office are the coolest and nicest people. Very accommodating and professional. They helped me out a lot with the transition back into apartment living. The neighborhood is mellow and my apartment overlooks the pond. Win win win. Thanks ladies!

We moved after I sold my home and begin searching for another home to buy. I love this place so much I don't really want to buy another home. It's in the perfect location and it is quiet peaceful and clean. The management and maintenance staff are awesome. In comparison to other apartments that I've toured, yes this one is a bit more money but every bit worth it. They are well taken care of and it feels like home living here.

I was an out of state resident prior to moving into North Shore and really had no expectations when I moved in. The complex seemed nice and I was hoping for the best. What I can say now is this; North Shore is the perfect apartment community to call home. The location, amenities, personnel, and of course the apartment itself all exceeded my expectations. Working with Tori and Kim has been a pleasure, their responses are timely (almost immediate) and their demeanor always respectful, pleasant, and helpful. I will miss the tranquility of sitting on my patio looking out at the nature pond, visiting the lake on a nice summer day, the close proximity to shopping, and the community itself. I would highly recommend North Shore as a superior place to call home.

I moved here last fall from out of town. Here was the last place I looked at for the day, and after looking for weeks. I’m extremely grateful to have stumbled upon here. Whether it’s the friendly staff, incredibly spacious living quarters with more than enough storage, walk in closets, up to date carpet/appliances/cabinet/bathroom, as well as a workout facility and pond to refresh in during the these warmer days. All my friends and family who visit love my place, and I love to brag about it. Can’t beat the price you get all of this for either!

My experience living here has been extremely pleasant! Kim and Tori are so great to work with and get back to me right away if I need anything! I also really love the monthly news letters they send out, it's great to know whats going on in the community and its also great to be reminded of things going on in the North Shore community! My husband and I plan on staying here till we decide to buy a house, it has been a great central location but yet we don't feel like we are living in the city, which we LOVE!!!!
