I have been working for North Point Technology for 8+ years. It has been a really good and honest company to work for. If I have concerns I feel like I can bring them up openly. And periodically have lunches with the owners. This helps us stay up to date on the direction of my career and keep me up to date on contracts and projects they have available if I am interested in making a change. They have periodic happy hours and sometimes have company picnics at local wineries and an annual Christmas party. Each year they recognize me for my hard work!
