North Hills INN - Hotel in North Hills - 15711 Roscoe Blvd, USA

Horrible area for a motel, riddled with homeless everywhere, at one point I saw a guy that was staying there selling drugs out of his room to other people staying there. The rooms were surprisingly okay we checked for bed bugs and roaches and stuff, we didn't find anything. The person up front gave bad customer service as well we had a check in time earlier than what she said and we almost waited 4hrs just to get our room. We got tired so we had to argue with her just to get it. For the price you get what you pay for but it's definitely not worth it in my opinion I suggest looking elsewhere unless you're super desperate.

This place is suspicious from the moment you drive into the parking lot. We booked a room not knowing what was happening… The ENTIRE room was infested with COCKROACHES and BUGS! The floor was sticky and there was even one dead cockroach under the bedsheet! We decided to leave immediately. It was impossible to stay there My mental health and hygiene safety were violated! They refused to fully refund us and didn’t take this huge problem seriously! Do yourself a favor, stay away from this place!

I only gave them a one star and would not of done that but i jad to post to tell everyone run the othwr way this place is a dump!
