It has a fantastic staff of dedicated people who work hard to help those in need. Also, they have a low-price thrift store with clothes, books, and much more.

I dropped off some food donations. The lady who helped me was very nice and appreciative. It was very easy to unload onto a cart and they take care of the rest. There’s a great thrift store with a lot of good items to buy at great deals. I’d recommend coming here before any other store like it.

They are very welcoming and the volunteers are very nice. The food are great.

I was told by Kristen Mullin (email) that I didn't qualify for utility assistance because I spent excessively, according to my bank statement, which is very wrong. I always pay my utilities but back to school kind of threw me off. This was only a one time request, but I was denied. But luckily they're not the only ones that can help. If you don't have to go here-don't.

The services here are so helpful in times of need ,the facility is clean and welcoming always a smiling face. Thank you all

I would give 5 stars, but unfortunately they do not follow written instructions about dietary limitations and sometimes food items are days past their expiration. I understand 1 day, but 2 or 3 is not acceptable... basically trash. I hope they can take constructive criticism... as I do appreciate the service, but have seen better.

First time there. Greeted by the sweetest lady, Dana. She told me what documents I would need to bring the next time I visited. She took my paper showing what items I needed and she returned with all of the items. They are not open on Mondays and you just drive up, fill out your request and then pull into a parking spot where a volunteer will bring your items to you car. I was very thankful for receiving our blessing.
