North Federal Valley Motel - Motel in Denver - 6231 Federal Blvd, USA

Very poor service. Rented a Room for 2 weeks it had two towels in it. They only give you new ones every week. There were flies. Mice. And if you leave for a minute they will come into your room and turn off your AC. They were going through our stuff. Not dumping the trash or making the beds or changing the bed sheets. They took the knob off the AC. They don't answer the phone when you need to call them. And they are non-negotiable. We rented a room for an additional week. And they nearly doubled the price. They are fraudulent. Unsanitary. Nosey. An unpleasant people to deal with. And that is not even half of the problem. I would hope this business gets audited and investigated. Please read all the rest of the reviews. It's not just me it seems to be everyone.

Horrible place! The owners of this motel are frauds and also thieves. I rented a room for 2 nights. The first night for just myself; and the second night for both myself, and my elderly ailing mother, who's getting a medical treatment. The Asian woman who rented it to me charged me $65 for the first night, and $75 for the second; $5 extra for my mother and $5 extra for the hour we gained during Daylight Savings (setting clocks back 1 hour)! On the second night, at about 9pm, the Asian man owner let himself into my room by using his key, without knocking, and grabbed our room key off of the table. He threw both myself and my elderly, ailing mother, out in a freezing cold downpour. He screamed that the room was "for 1 adult", we "didn't pay for 2 people". Then he tried to keep all of our belongings. We called the police and showed them our receipts only to be told it was a civil matter and we can always sue him for "civil fraud". The officers made him return our belongings. I paid using credit card. I'll be filling chargeback for a fraud merchant.

When we first got there there was mold on the carpet near the bathroom. Found out the water heater leaked constantly and he never would fix it at all. The water heater would go out constantly when it rained! There are roaches in some rooms and bed bugs in others. There is a very bad infestation of mice that he won't do anything about either. Once in a while they will give a customer cheap cheap poison in a bowl to put down which they won't touch and sticky traps cheap also that don't work. He WILL NOT get an exterminator for any reason abd if someone complains he gets mad and sometimes kick you out for complaining also. It says fridge avail. The mice get into the fridges. It says cable. Your lucky if you get six channels. Some rooms have three or four. The sewar is really backed up and sinks toilets Will clog and go into showers smelling the place up also. He is not so pet friendly and hates kids that are walking. Kids cannot play outside or you get kicked out. He does not pay his employees as he should when he hires someone to do something. Sometimes he will go around and make you go inside your room at 9pm and if u don't he will kick your also. Even if you Are a smoker and have infants or kids. He yells at people. He charges everyone a different price (example two people 75.00 that night and that same night 2other people 100.00). If he does NOT like someone he will tell them there are NO rooms at all avail or he will rent to them just to get their money and kick them out and keep their money for any reason. He will tell people allow dogs and rent to them and then say he didn't know they had one and kick them out (includes services digs ) or he will deny someone with a service dog which is illegal as hell! He LOVES prostitutes even though he has a wife and he doesn't care if someone has one their either as long as they leave after. He doesn't like people hanging out outside. He doesn't allow company and kicked a lot of people out for any company. Some carpets there have prob never ever been replaced. I know ours wasn't. There is no air conditioning even though he has it. Also he doesn't provide heat to everyone either. There are termites also. He rows cars that park in his parking lot too long that don't velong there. He doesn't pay his employees like he should 've if he hires someone. He goes in rooms when you are not there to steel things that belong to the customers. He walks in rooms when you are there if you don't lock your doors or he will use his keys to get in without knocking even when people are undressed and in showers he will go in. If you have any problems and threaten the police he will say prove it or they won't do anything. He will not clean rooms and does not like giving towels and vacuum much. He will not fix things always and he put light fixtures in some rooms and because of the cost of the light bulbs needed he will not give you one if it goes out. He looks in Windows also (most curtains are see through). We seen stuff there. If anything is broke when you just get a room he will blame You and if something breaks or stops working He will blame you resulting in you most likely getting kicked out. If you complAin he will tell you if you don't like it to leave now. There is much more. Someone should close him down. Talk to people that worked for him also.

Would post half star if I could. Had bed bugs and no a/c. And got zero hospitality. With the exception of an ash tray that wasn't provided until the third day of my stay. Also no Wi-Fi.

He seems really nice until you don't want to stay, check out is 11. He bugged me 3xs before 10:40am. I tried to wait for a ride he made me leave carting all my stuff

80 bucks for that kind of room is alot .. old tv .six channels.not hot water .. dont recommend this place

Very shady owner. He advertises cable TV, and clean rooms. He has no cable at all, and the rooms are nasty, and outdated.once you pay, there's no refund.

The room was clean and the hotel is quiet, they don't have many available channels on the TV but overall, for the price it's a decent stay.
