SO much fun. We felt like family! We stopped in for a late lunch with family members after a funeral and needed not only good food but a bit of fun. Our server was playful, sweet and we loved her. We got a variety of food...breakfast for myself and my husband, a sandwich for my sister and...god save us...liver and onions for my brother in law. We joked with our server about putting him at another table and she fell right in with us. By the way...he LOVED it. HA! Our food was tasty, hot and just what we needed. We actually came back on Sunday for breakfast and had just as nice an experience along with very good food. We'd definitely be back if we were in the area and would highly recommend it. It's local and will make YOU feel like a local. PS...the dessert cabinet looked fantastic...we dind't have anything but only because we were full after our meals. THANKS North East Family Restaurant!
Went for breakfast. The food is decent but nothing special. Service is good and the staff is friendly.
If you enjoy the diner style food and vibe then this spot is for you. It has a laid back friendly atmosphere. The menu has a lot of options all at decent prices, especially the kids menu. We went on burger day, so we all had a burger, fries and a cup of soup. It was a lot, definitely filling and I wasn't able to finish all of mine. Our daughters burger was nearly the same size as ours, so one thing they don't do is small portions. Our waitress was super nice and attentive. Meatloaf is amazing! With the gravy and fries... delicious!!
I hate to even have to write this because my family and I have been to this establishment several times and the food was good but today was an awful experience to the point my family and I won't be back. We were greeted and sat as soon as we walked in by a nice young lady. The table we were sat at needed to be wiped down (which isn't a big deal). A different young lady came over, wiped the top of the table and said she would be back to take our order. Well here is where the true problem lies, my husband and I sat for 15 minutes and no one came over to our table. A table of 2 men came in (after we'd already been sitting for 15 minutes) and were sat at the booth behind us and immediately an older lady who was working asked for their drink order, she called them by name and just verified that they wanted what she was bringing them so it's safe to say they know each other. At this point it was evident that we were being ignored, but that same older lady asked who had our table, as she obviously noticed we hadn't been waited on, yet she still walked away without serving us. The young lady that sat us then came back over to us about 2 minutes later and asked if we had been helped yet, we said no, and yet again, walked away without providing service. At this point we had been in this establishment for roughly around 20 minutes without being served, yet people who came in long after us were being served. My husband and I got up and left. We didn't cause a scene or be nasty or rude, we just got up and left and will not be returning. It's a shame to run a business and so obviously ignore your customers, I guess my money wasn't as good as the people they know by name.
Crab cakes are phenomenal and very reasonably priced. Clean dining area, nice atmosphere and the wait staff is awesome. Very nice local diner with a little bit of everything on the menu.
Nice place. Good breakfast selection. Polite service. We were a party of 5 with one child. We waited 5 to 10 minutes at 8:30 am on a Saturday. They were busy. We will return.
We've had better experiences there before. but this time was rough, burger is a different blend or patty. The soups were good! Corn chowder and split pea soup.
I've been here twice and my wife and I will be coming back a lot more. The service is top notch and the food is served fresh and fast. Reasonable prices with ample portions. Sound too good to be true? Go check it out.

Wow! Great little beach with white sand and smooth surface in the water. They have a snack shack, bathrooms, showers, and dressing rooms. Plenty of picnic tables. Plenty of room for many people. Cost is $5 a person for the entire day.
Turkey Point Lighthouse offers a captivating blend of history and nature. The short but scenic hike to reach the lighthouse is worth every step, surrounded by lush landscapes and stunning bay views. Although I didn't enter inside, the exterior and su
What a great little coffee shop! Great coffee, friendly service, and crazy fun and tasty donuts! What more can you ask for from a small town surprise stop? Definitely a required stop! Thanks for the tasty treats my kids loved the donuts!
I love a park with good water views and this is definitely a good one! The playground has lots of different and fun equipment so lots of kids can play at once. There is a nice walking path too. Plus beautiful water everywhere around you!!
Actually ended up having a great time and this was a very last minute quick google search. We needed to be close to the Delaware east stop. BE WARNED: They only accept cash! People who owned the spot and worked there are friendly. We had a beautiful
From Turkey Point Lighthouse, Rogue Harbor, all the way to the North Bay area this scenic stretch of land has it all. Hike the white tail, pick paw paws in the Beaver Marsh, forage for maitake, hunt, fish, or just relax by the dock on the bay. Alway
It was difficult to find the trail that led to the waterfalls, but I eventually found it! See photos. There were painted pink rocks that helped guide me to the falls. I was the only one there. It was relaxing. A little difficult of a trek because of

I come here at least once a year. I live about 2 hours away and itâs closer than going to NJ or OCMD. I like it because itâs sand and water and usually not super crowded. Having said that, the sand isnât the same ocean sand at the beaches. Itâ
