After all the work they did you'd think it would have better drainage. So tandi g water and mud are an issue. The green slimy stuff that collects after rainy episodes on the walk path near the Bottom of the steps is extremely slippery. There is an older man that has taken it into his own hands to enforce that dogs need to be on a leash. He has fired a Taser at 3 people including us and dogs. He yelled racial comments at a lady before firing his Taser at her and her dog Please put dog poo bags on a post. If u address dog rules at the entrance then u know they r walked there.

We go to the dog park regularly regardless of weather... While it is a basic park space it is well maintained and always has doggie bags needed. It could be a candidate for an upgrade sometime to reduce the barren portion by the gate that gets extremely muddy after a rain of any duration. General area of park nearby is very nice outside the two gated dog run areas...some picnic benches need removal and/replacement as they have deteriorated...gravel parking area by special event shelter could undergo some thoughts as the irregular shape of this parking field gets difficult to park when busy and people park any which way they want. Getting in and out can at times be a safety concern for people, dogs, kids and vehicles vs main parking which is well designed, paved and striped. There is sufficient ground area available to expand the gravel parking lot out to the east, and south to be more practical in its layout and active use by the community.

This specific prompt is in reference to a huge park in Milwaukie. This park kind of has it all! There is a fenced-in dog run area, a volleyball net, a big playground, baseball diamonds, a very large covered picnic area (with tables) perfect for birthday parties, and beautiful, quiet, forested walking paths!

The park is beautiful. I am enjoying letting my granddaughter's dog stretch her legs. We currently have a fenced in off leash dog park area to ourselves.

This was the VENUE for the fundraising PRIDE BINGO benefitting the county's Meals on Wheels program. So this review is not so much about the park, but of the event-- which was awesome and for a VERY VERY good cause!

My sister had her baby shower here like 14 years ago, my nephew and son had birthday parties outside in the park area, me and my husband had our wedding here in 2018! I am here now for my cousins baby shower! It’s crazy how many memories I have here. I will probably come to this place many more times! The room size is great and the price is good. They ask for a reasonable amount of a deposit, ours was $300. Would recommend to anyone in this area.
