It completely warms my heart and soul to know that small diners like this still exist. Thank you for your warm family personality and delicious southern breakfast. It reminded me of home in Elaville, GA. Can't wait to visit again. 20 out of 10, recommend. 👌

Place is awesome. Foods great service excellent. Does not look like much inside or out but you really can’t go wrong here. Only had breakfast but nothing about our experience was bad.

Omelets are fairly easy to make, mine did not look or taste like an omelet at all. More like fried eggs and suddenly realized that should be an omelet. The wait was super long. Second time I gave this place a chance, never again.

Will come back in a pinch but nothing fantastic. We had roast beef and it was good but waitress charged $30+ for 2 orders. She had worked a double so I didn't make a big deal but it seemed a little high.

I have heard about y’all but haven’t had the pleasure to try y’all til this morning. I have been missing out. The staff hands down - down to earth, up beat and friendly. Not a glass goes empty or a coffee not topped off. Y’all are the exact example of what team work looks like. It is refreshing to see and witness. Now the food….I’m still trying to muster strength to type a review even though I’m stuffed to the brim from your amazing eggs Benedict. It is a favorite of mine and we try them every time we find it on the menu. Who knew one of my new favorites would be north of my home town. I recommend getting rid of the “try it” sign and slap that bad boy on the front page of your breakfast menu. It’s phenomenal!!! Keep your staff - hard wortking - personal - friendly - teamwork oriented people are so hard to find. You have some good ones. Thank you for such an enjoyable experience.

Our visit: Pros - got seated immediately; grilled shrimp were good; restaurant appeared clean. Cons - waited an hour for our food even though other diners did not and then they blamed us for coming when it was busy (people who came in after us got served before us); got our order wrong; some food portions too small for the price; horribly greasy fried items (grease was puddled on the fries); fries undercooked; greasy pork chop; nasty TI dressing; sweet tea not good. Overall horrible first experience. Will not return. Don't know how this place stays in business.

I generally don't give reviews good bad or otherwise. That being said. We always have a great experience when we go to penny's place. It's like going to a friend's house. All the servers are friendly and good. The food is outstanding! The eggs Benedict is my absolute favorite.!

Stopped on way after long day. The special for dinner this evening was Fried Chicken with 2 sides. The Fried Chicken was Crispy outside, juicy inside, appropriate temperature, and even though fried, it was not greasy (which is great!). The Cole Slaw was creamy, the Potatoes with gravy fluffy. The Ice Tea was just the nice side of sweet.
